Connie Nellum is very rude and unconcerned. She literally asked me what is she supposed to do about me coming to see her. I said you're the doctor.not me, I can't diagnose myself. She is very rude and crast. It's really embarrassing that she is this way and patients come to see her for results and she act like she's drunk or something. I have been going to her for several years and I thought the service would get better but no. She has a high turnover rate with the ladies that work with her and treat them very rude as well. I can't believe people go to this lady still. I just changed to a different pcp I will never see this lady again.

I will be taking it further and reporting her to Austin

I really do like coming to NP Connie Nellum because she is very thorough when it comes to the kids. My 2 children have been coming to her since my now 12 year old son was born. But she’s rude. She’s rude to her staff, as well as her customers at times. She talks at you with disgust and as if she looks down upon you. She mocked me today, and snarled her nose up at me, because when i came in she said they were closing for lunch from 1130 until 115. I arrived at 1140. I mentioned to her that i called this morning asking hours of operation and she didn’t mention her lunch hours and that she was the one who answered the phone. She snapped and said, “well what do you want me to do about it”. Have some empathy please, an apology. But please do not act unprofessional. I travel to come to you. I just kind of look at you differently now. It’s not the first time i have saw this type of attitude before from her, it’s just that it had never happened to me until today. I’ve looked skeptically at her at times, the way she talks to and handles her staff. I just assumed it was her professional business and it wasn’t me. And maybe she had to be that way. I’ve also notice it with other pts. I would just sorta laugh. But this time it was me and it wasn’t so funny. Some customer service etiquette would help.

I think she is great. She takes time with your children. She like a grandma or Great Aunt who’s looking out for your kids. She a awesome doctor, because her job is to heal. Getting these children’s and adults well. Keep up the great work!

I've took my almost 11 year old autistic son there for the first time and Connie was examining his penis for a check up. She told me to pull down his shorts and boxers so that she can examine his penis. Then I've asked her if he needed to take his shoes off. Then that's when she told me I need to listen to her and then she said "gosh" under her breath and she shooked her head and ive pull down his boxers so that she can examine his penis. Never coming back again. Fuck that bitch. With her unprofessional ass. I'm hoping she will see this review too. I didnt wanna look at her when she gave me the prescription. How can she keep practicing. I don't understand this bull shit.whatever she got going on at home that is fucked up, she shouldn't take it out on people. Maybe she is mad cuz she getting too old or not having sex idk.lmao. I'm going back to his old clinic that he was a patient at. I don't mind driving 20 mins away from my house to get back to his old clinic he used to be at. My voice for this is important. I don't recommend for u to come here.

While I see negative reviews I don’t understand why.my kids and myself have used Dr Connie for years. I’ll agree she’s very down to earth but, she knows her stuff and she genuinely cares. There’s never a long wait, the facility is always clean, and she runs this practice very well. I won’t go anywhere else.

Connie Is Definitely The Best Pediatrician In Dallas The First Time I Took My Babies To Her I’ve Never Looked Back Since I Will Not Take My Kids Anywhere Else Unless It’s An After Hours Emergency Or A Weekend Shes Very Thorough & She Talks The Parents Through Each Step She Does While She’s Doing It Very Gentle With The Kids And Gives Good And Clear Explanation Of Diagnosis An Treatments I Never Ever Leave Without Answers Even If My Child Isn’t Necessarily Sick She Won’t Just Say Oh There’s Nothing Wrong With Your Child And Send You On Your Way She’s Able To Tell Me My Child Isn’t Sick AND Explain Why They Might Seem Sick Best Pediatrician Ever And They Have A Pharmacy Literally Right Next Door And She Gives Little Treat Bags To The Kids EVERY SINGLE TIME WE VISIT You Can Tell She Loves What She Does And Cares About Her Patients️

You are so rude and unprofessional u are getting to big headed and talk to people any type of way why tf would u turn your own 2 year old patient away with a peanut allergic reation and say u done dealing with him u are in human and said find some were else to go ima make sure u never practice again and that’s on my child

Dr. Connie is great! She really is concerned about her patients. She and her staff are very nice and always have treat bags for the kids every visit!

I've been going to Connie Nellum for 12 years now and I am very pleased with the service. I did foster care for years and she has services over 52 kids under my care ranging from 2 months to 18 years. She was also my PCP for many years. She is very caring and remembers her patients.
