Picked up our new washer and the service was quick and simple.

One complaint that had nothing to do with the service.the store gave us a map that had directions and it sucks! The directions take you through an industrial area full of tankers and potholes. Improve those damn directions Conn's! Your customers could very easily use another route with no potholes and torn up streets.

I lost my pick up slip and after trying to show proof of purchase and payment lady at front counter refused to help saying no exceptions and I won’t be able to pick my items. After calling my sales man he emailed pick up order, I was able to get my items. Conns needs a better process, exceptions can be made so please don’t tell people there is nothing that can be done. While I was waiting 2 people stormed out upset because they didn’t have their slip, after stating that they asked their salesman if they needed anything for pick up and they were told no. Again Conns, do better!

Picked up a tv from conns didn’t know you had to check their appliances and plug it in. Nobody mentioned that to us. We picked up tv came home and put it up 3 days after. To find out the tv was broken and conns will not replace it! Never going back ppl check your stuff before buying! Conns you suck!

Ordered an upright freezer online, listed my husband as the pick up person. Husband drove all of the way to SA to pick it up as scheduled and they would not allow him to pick it up even after explaining that he was listed as the pick up person when order was placed. Called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. Customer service confirmed that he was listed as the designated pick up person but the warehouse didn't see him listed. Ended up cancelling the order and was a wasted 45 minute drive. Conns has lost our business forever.

Receiving it's on the west side of the building. Don't waste time with waiting on the East side where Enterprise trucks are, because nothing will happen. Receiving check in next to dock 48. Once in a dock, you'll need to disconnect and drop the trailer so they can king pin lock it. Once in the dock, it took less than an hour to unload.

There is an employee at the distribution center in San Antonio who needs education in ADA accessibility and service dogs. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran and I have never encountered someone as unprofessional and rude. When I asked to speak with her manager, she replied "I am the manager. " When I asked her name she stated her first name. I asked who her supervisor was and she stated his first name. I had to ask repeatedly for her to write these down. The sign on the door says "no pets" with a caveat that trained service dogs are permitted. Her attitude most certainly did not support that policy. I will be writing a letter expressing just how inconsiderate and rude she was. When I left the building, a gentleman complimented me on my dog and said he was a parts manager. He was kind. When I called and spoke with Megan Ranco's supervisor, Mr. Mike Bueno was apologetic for her behavior and provided me with his and her full names. Ms. Ranco would benefit from a formal education in ADA accessibility policies as well as a basic review in manners and courtesy. How she is a "manager" dealing with customers is beyond me! Conns would do well to remove her from dealing with the public and treating people so rudely while representing their company.

This place is a joke. I placed an online order for a washer and dryer on Jan 12th and my original delivery date was Jan 19th.well, i’ve been rescheduled 4 times and now supposed to receive on Feb 6th.every single time it’s the same excuse. “they’re out of stock”.

Great customer service. Got in an out quicker than I thought we would. But actually getting there was crazy. There's a lot of construction taking place on the street. So you gotta go practically to Kirby to get the road to the entrance.

Takes forever to get your items loaded. Lady in office had me waiting to get my pick up form over 30 min.

Ordered a TV on black Friday, picked it up here after waiting an hour in multiple lines, checked the box out and it was fine and was told that if there were problems I needed to call them within 24 hours. Got home and took the TV out of the box only to find it was completely shattered, only a small section of the middle of the screen was not broken. Called customer service and after a long hold time and discussion explaining what happened, they agreed to exchange the TV. Got an email shortly after that there would be a $150 restocking fee for the exchange since I had accepted it from the warehouse as good, what? I bring it back, wait another 45 minutes between lines and then being told that a manager would need to speak with me and then interrogated me on every detail of what happened after I picked up the TV and that I should have completely unboxed the TV at the warehouse before accepting it, tells me that they will not accept the exchange at all and I should take it up with my credit card. Any company that treats their customers like this should not be in business. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
