Conns Distribution Center, Dallas TX

This place is horrible. Front desk girl is rude. The time to wait is ridiculous over a hour. Purchased at store 15 minutes away. Got there and waited a hour. Theses people are lazy. They need a mamager who can make them work. Sad service. Will never buy from Conns again

Terrible custmer service. I had to do the job for the lady in the front office.the owner of this place need to come look at how trashy this place is

Horrible experience got to the warehouse first but brought other people’s items out first. Waited 50 minutes to get my item.

I am currently waiting for a furniture delivery on a purchase I made over a week ago. Today will be the 3rd time my delivery gets pushed back. Whoever works at the warehouse and answers phones, was very unhelpful. I asked for the number to file a complaint and they gave me a wrong number. I keep getting told to call the store. My problem is not at the store. It's with the warehouse and their lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior. They don't answer questions and all you get is bs. I wish I wouldnt have decided to purchase furniture with this company simply because of the warehouse.

Horrible customer service take a long time to load up and they don’t even get all your stuff to you at once. Had to come back twice in one week to pick up a bed room set still got the wrong stuff the people inside the office are rude the people at the dock where more helpful then the office workers.

I am a trucker and I had a good experience here, the girl from receiving desk has a face mask as a care measure for the covid-19 but I could see she has beautiful eyes, she was also very kind, the man who unloaded my truck was very efficient, He did it in 45 min, plus, I arrived the night before of my appointment and they allowed me to sleep in his big and secure parking lot without problem, yes! I will come here again!

Very poor customer service! The office staff is great but the warehouse workers are very slow
and ghetto.

I read the feedback and was ready for just about anything. I had zero problems, everyone was nice, got right on getting the A/C to the dock, and I was gone.
Wish Everyplace was this easy to get what you came for and be gone.

Decent guys working there but it could have been a little quicker. Still, it was 4th of July so ya takes what ya gets. The appliances I delivered weren't even 20,000 lbs so I got better fuel mileage than normal bringing washing machines here.

I got Two recliners and later the following month I got a sound bar with the woofer No hassles to buy or pushing to buy Everyone was polite and very friendly

Worst customer service in history! No one will tell you anything and your time is no concern to anyone that works here. Terrible place to do business with!

They have good TVs good furniture they still need to train your guys on helping customers getting stuff onto the vehicles

I use to work here, it'll take a while for customers to receive their product if there's not enough workers but when fully staffed; it's every efficient

I am trucker. The Conns receiving depart at this place is really bad. I went this place to deliver a load, but it looks like they are doing you a favor by receiving their own load. My delivery time was 9: 30 AM and I got there 8: 30 AM. They gave me a delivery door at 11: 00 AM. They finished unloading at 3: 00 pm. To unload my truck shouldn't take more than hour.

The warehouse supervisor is not respectful. They also took my truck equipment that I used for the load and they didn't put it back. I had to go back and ask them my equipment and they didn't even apologized for removing from the truck, suspecting that was attentional. I missed my next load, due to them wasting my time.

Truckers, be warn, if you have to take Conns load, plan that you spend the whole day with their delivery warehouse team. Very bad.

I worked here. I went to work everyday, followed all of their rules and regulations, I stayed later than I had to to help get the work done despite my medical condition! Then one day I get picked up for some minor traffic tickets, missed a day, my family called and told them my situation, and they let me go and said that the reason was job abandonment. And now they are holding my check and I have called and left messages and nobody will give me a call back. This is ridiculous!

Disappointed in the company however the company is made up of people each person at this warehouse was smug, unfriendly and non helpful as though its customers are less than them, last I checked without customers there's no business, no pay check disappointed in the quality of people here.

Sorry, but i have to say that customer service at this place is really bad. I am a trucker and I went to this place to deliver a load, but it looks like they are doing you a favor by receiving their own load. I can tell much about the Store service, but as of the receiving department sucks.

The service here is very courteous and helpful when you ask question. I love the fact that they don't pressure you into trying to buy something and work to make sure you'll be able to afford it on your budget or not.

REALLY slow customer service, probably sat at the loading dock for 20 minutes with an A. C.that was on the fritz.

Horrible experience very long wait and unprofessional, unknowledgeable staff. Conn's should be ashamed.
