LEILA was AMAZING. Leila greeted me as soon as I walked in to Conns and helped me get a brand new TV and a new table for my new home! She was extremely professional and very helpful! If you come to Conns I highly recommend you go to Leila for assistance!

The worst for honoring warranties! I had a 2 year old Friedrich Portable Air Conditioner that comes with a 5 year warranty on any coolant leak issues and this unit developed a problem. Talked to the tech at Friedrich and got an RMA issued for the air conditioner and was told to take it by Conn's and that they'd replace it or refund me. The manager at Conn's at 1604 and Bandera Rd told me that they would not honor the warranty since the unit is more than 2 years old - IT'S A 5 YEAR WARRANTY! You know maybe their name speaks for itself - con-men! Horrible store - no wonder they are ALWAYS void of customers - worst customer service ever! Avoid like the plague! All Cons No Pros! I would have rated them a zero if I could.

Update 06-20-2019 - After I posted my review, I was contacted by Dyeisha Williams from Conn's corporate offices in Houston. She was very friendly and told me that what the manager did was wrong and she took care of it for me. I picked up a new AC unit today at a different Conn's (NW Loop 410 near Callaghan Rd) and the guys there had a much different attitude and were very helpful. Thank you Dyeisha and also Ernie at LED Services for helping me solve this!

Customer service at the Conn’s store on Bandera rd is excellent. Carlos & Cody took care of our concerns & made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend Carlos in sales

Would give 0 Stars if possible Sales guy Aaron lied to get me in the door then tried to tell me I was wrong. You never tell a client they're wrong even if they are. I wouldn't of even walked in the door if we hadn't of had a 15 minute conversation the day prior about the details of what I wanted to purchase. He kept pressuring me to sign (I didn't), felt like a scam wouldn't recommend.

Our rep was knowledgeable, genuine and patient! The service from the entire crew was exceptional without being pushy or hovering. A+ service!

Leila was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She explained everything well and made the whole process simple.

They were very helpful, and knowledgeable on the washer and dryer that we were looking for. J. J. Mata the sales person that help us, he explain how the delivery and installation process works. I would recommend them.

The staff went out of their way to help me get the items that i was needing and made sure that everything was good to go before leaving over 2 hours after closing time.

Had all but one of my items in house, I had to go pickup to a different location to get my item

My visit to Conn's on Bandera was awesome the help I got was great the woman looked and looked to find me something besides the floor mile because she wanted it new in a box and I totally appreciate that she was very caring the rest of the staff was very nice as well. If you get a chance go to Conn's off of Bandera and 1604 they're good people
