Abel was very helpful, worked with me and helped me with any questions I had. He was very friendly and straight forward about everything.

It was easy, fast and the guy that helped us was named Raul, his third day on the job but he handled it well. He made sure that he was giving us all correct info. Very well mannered and respectful, soft spoken. He will be doing good things there.

Make sure to ask for Kim Sanchez. She is very knowledgeable she did not try to sell me something that I did not want she left the decision making up to me which I absolutely love. She was not trying to press me one way or the other. I would absolutely say whenever you go in and speak to her.

Prompt attention when first entering location. Courteous assistance from Kassandra Fraga, from initial greeting to departure. She asked what we were looking for and presented several options, insisted on checking immediate availability, and pleased us as we wished.

Our salesperson, Jose, was very courteous, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! Outstanding customer service!

You have to ignore the cocky desperate sales men that swarm you like bees to a can of soda at the park when you first walk through the front door. If you do, you will enjoy the prices and customer service they provide. Once you’ve established trust with them, the prices get better and the zero finance gets extended to a couple of years. I’ve bought an Xbox, vacuum, Samsung tablet, Bose surround, tv, refrigerator, dining room set, and a washer over the past years. I have zero complaints.

Excellent service! Everyone there was very helpful. I never felt any pressure to have to buy anything, even though I did walk away with a great deal on a MACBOOK PRO.

Jen lie to us. Wate our time and had to redo with out unoriginal item. Lie about discount. No discount given in fact the price was higher the original price. Product was not complete so had to choice another at a higher price. Vince and the manager gave a little better experience.
