Kevin Lockett was phenomenal with his selection and patience for me. Took his time and show me and my wife what they had in stock and what he could do for us. We got the living and bedroom set that we needed for our family. Be sure to revisited him again and I recommend anyone to ask for him at the Willowbrook location.

Let me be the 1st to say. They blow your phone up to get you to come in. But once you make a purchase and try to call them afterwards. Guess what they never call you back. I been waiting on Tim to call me back for almost 3 days. His coworker Kazmi did my purchase sale. And I see where he double charge me and added stuff to my account I didn't ask for. I will never shop at this location in willbrook again.

Fast and easy best customers service especially Kevin in electronics he is amazing check him out.

Very unsatisfied with my purchase. I bought a television in June that went out in September. I was given the run-around for a over a month before I was was given a new one 2 days before Thanksgiving. The next day I saw a pixel dot. Now It looks like I have to wait for another piece of trash because I can only get an exact exchange. If u decide to buy, make sure u get the extended warranty.

The employees here harass you into seeing your credit score. Some people don't know this but every time someone looks into your credit it's a negative ding into your credit and even though you decided not to purchase anything the negative ding still hit your score.

My experience with cons was excellent My sales person was absolutely great he greeted my so kindly He explained to me everything and He gave me a chance to look around He even came wyth me telling me about the merchandise. He was very much explanatory and very polite He gave me hw mch tyme I nded He didn’t rush me at all He made very so tht I was very mch satisfied. He worked out everything He could for me Ad my family He talked very mch kindly to my son Ad made sure my son was very satisfiedHe really did a very awesome job He made my son feel like family I really do appreciate hw He treated us not as customers as family I’ll give Himm a 20. After the fact I hv bn to tht cons more than 3 tymes Ad no one ad ever treated as well He did THANX a BUNCH. After we lost everything in Harvey our place Ad all our things we asked for help we couldn’t get it all so yes thanx sooooooo veryyyy mchhh and His Manager Mr. Syed He’s a sweet heart thanx to Him to He can hv a 20 also those two work great together THANX

If I could give 0 stars I would this company is full of scams
I had my washer for a little over a year and have been waiting over a minute to and a half to get it repaired with no luck finally today I got approved for an exchange and when I went I. The store I find out I would have to purchase warranty again but they would have to run my credit again I DECLINED
So the washer I got was cheaper and I did not get warranty on it but my monthly payments are the same HOW
I’m livid with this company
You are better off going somewhere else they just want your money

Kevin Lockett was the greatest associate ever. He was very helpful and informative. I called before coming in inquiring about the sales advertisement that came in the mail. I looked online and the specials were different. Kevin encouraged me to come in when I could so I went in and was approved for everything that same day. Jerry, was awesome walking my family through the sales floor. He knew my style and needs as if he was a part of our family. We had a really great experience.

Great experience. I applied online and was approved. I knew exactly what I wanted. I called tge store, they told me they had what I wanted in stock. I went to the store an hour later to look at the item and in 15 minutes i signed the documents and was out of the door. Best sales experience ever. Big thanks to my sales lady Ms. Kao.

2-1/2 hours to get things finalized on washer and dryer. Completely ridiculous when I was already preapproved. Their equipment kept shutting down. Beyond furious and still have an hour drive home

It was a good experience, I wasn't hounded and was allowed to browse. I didn't give more stars because after I made my purchase and got home, I had a question about what I just bought and was put on hold twice and hung up on twice. Before calling a third time to get the answer I was looking for.

Negative stars. I was lied to and scammed.delivered defective furniture. I refused the whole delivery but the manager got on the phone along with other managers begging me to accept delivery and said they'll be back to replace.well, I am still paying for broken furniture because they never came to replace, they wont come out and billing says its none of their business and they don't care because its another department. The sales man who said "don't worry its my responsibility to make sure they replace it so please accept the delivery". Is now MIA. I have been incredibly stressed out by them numerous phone calls and all i get is lies lies and more lies. Be very careful with this company.
