I am giving 1 star well because that's the minimum. I'm a repeat customer for many years and have spent well over 10k with this company. But my last few weeks of customer service is beyond horrendous! When filing a food loss claim that I was assured would get paid was then denied with no explanation. I was told my extended warranty was being voided and would have to wait on hold for 28+ mins for the warranty division to get reimbursed and to find out why only to get hung UP on. I contacted the location on several different occasions to speak to a manager, I would get a call from an associate to tell me a manager would contact me in a couple of days. But I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM ANY MANAGER. I would call back again leave a message and never get a response. I FINALLY GOT SO FED UP that I called and told them I refuse to pay for the current merchandise due to the horrible customer service and the circle i'm going in, everyone is just passing the buck! I was told I wasn't able to return ANYTHING and if I refused to pay for the merchandise I would have to bring it to the store myself! I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN AND WILL BE REACHING OUT TO NEWS OUTLETS TO LET ALL HOUSTONIANS KNOW ABOUT CONN'S AND THEIR UNPROFFESIONAL WAYS
FYI: For current customers, if you purchase any extended warranty with CONN'S I urge you to read that FULL WARRANTY DISCLOSURE LINE FOR LINE. Because they will find ANY AND EVERY LOOP HOLE NOT TO REPAIR YOUR EQUIPMENT AND VOID THE WARRANTY YOU HAVE.
