Staff not very well informed. Here it's more about closing the "deal" than appropriate, first in line, customer service.

THEFT THEFT THEFT! Giving us multiple excuses on why our appliances can’t be delivered with no answers. They scammed us big time! They need to give us our 6K back!

Conns has pretty much stolen $6,300 from us and won't return our money. This is money they have completely stolen from us and will not do anything about it. All I can say is if you want your product do not buy from them!

We bought products over two weeks ago and still haven't seen them and we can't get a solution. Not a solution from corporate not a solution from any store employee! It is absolutely ridiculous.

All I can say is slimey slimey! We have spent multiple hours going into the stores, on the phone with stores, on phone with corporate.

We have just been asking for a refund and we can't even get that!

Our next stop will be court!
