Recently purchased a Samsung QN90C 85 inch TV from this store. Payed over $4100 cash (no finance) and payed for their delivery service as well. When the delivery drivers arrived to my home they decided it would be a good idea to drag the TV across my wood floors causing very deep gouges. The TV weighs around 110 lbs.so it caused a lot of damage to my custom hand scraped wood flooring. They have not offered a solution to the damage and refused to give me a refund. To top it all off the TV came in a soggy wet box that had apparently been exposed to the recent rain we had earlier that day. I will never do business with this company ever again. I feel ashamed and embarrassed that I even spent money with such a subpar unprofessional company. For now on I will only do business with more upscale professional companies that have more pride in their services. Conn’s basically preys on people with bad credit that make poor financial decisions. They can care less about their customers as long as they pay that monthly note at the tune of 35.99% interest. Laughable.

Lying sales reps and managers.

We purchased a washer and dryer from them about 2 years ago, we are still making monthly payments for them.
We went in looking for a new couch set for our home, but when we went to purchase we repeatedly asked over and over if it will be put in as part of the current loan we have through them or open a new one because if it's opening a new one we will have to wait due to us being in the process of purchasing a new home.
The sales rep, who was the same person that sold me the washer and dryer reassured us that it would be under the same loan and not open a new one. Even called the manager over who told me the same thing, that it would not reflect as a new loan on, that it would just be as if the balance on our current loan increased.
That was lie and it prevented us from getting the house we were purchasing.

Be very wary of what the snake oil salesmen say in order to make a commission.

Mohammad was truly a gem and very helpful with the entire purchasing process. He was knowledgeable and worked hard to assure my purchase was completed accurately and swiftly. He was the best support and very pleasant to work with! Please go ask for him for help with your next purchase!

I've never had a bad experience at Conns in the over 2 years I've been with them.staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all product. Mo is great!

I’ve been working with this store for a long time, and I have always been satisfied. The knowledge, professionalism, and the discounts I was given was truly a Blessing. Sebastian was extremely helpful, and gave me a great deal on king size bedroom set, and mattress. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Terrible customer service from management. Lack of communication. I ordered a product from this store was supposed to be delivered two days later but due to product availability product was delayed. After trying to reach out to the manager Marie for 5 days, she never answered my calls or called me back. I ended up traveling two hours to pick another product out due to no cancellation over the phone. Once I got there the manager then tells me she can get my original product the next day which would in fact make it 7 days before I did receive the product. Manager was not willing to accommodate the inconvenience this caused and lied to me about giving me a discount which I did get a discount but it was already attached to my account due to being a valued customer. Terrible management very disappointed and unhappy.
