Fast in, slowe out. They wouldn't accept my insurance policy from the USAA App so had to pay an extra $50 for Their insurance. Major Bummer as it was Very Clearly Written. Really have 2nd thoughts about going back after the ½ hour hassles. BUT got a great price on a PC that's Hundreds of Dollars more even on Amazon & eBay

The representative was courteous, very professional. She didn't rush the appointment as if she was needed to get it over. She took her time, in explaining her product, allowing me to comprehend what I was going to purchase and investing my money more wisely; therefore making Conn's to better choice for home furnishings. My delivery was canceled after waiting all day with no communication.no one called, texted, nothing. Missed a day of work and I had to call to find out what was going on. Unprofessional.

Chrysta is amazing. She is very transparent and doesn’t try to sell to you just to sell. She takes the time to understand your needs. That’s is the type of person that actually gets you to buy more but not because she’s forcing it on you but because she is knowledgeable about what she is selling which makes you comfortable with your purchases.

Spoke to Auggie in regards to a mattress my wife wanted to purchase. He helped me finding the exact one she was hoping for. Made the purchase simplistic and even went beyond just selling the specific mattress. He took the time to show us different models and my wife found one she preferred over the original one which was the 10th we had looked at so the 11th was Perfect and saved me some money.
