We went into the Denton location today to finance a mattress. Z helped us, it was quick and easy. Our stuff will be delivered tomorrow and they're hauling off the old one.

I really enjoyed every moment of being in that store. Spencer was absolutely awesome, he was patient and fast with getting me qualified. Definitely my go to store from now on. Was able to leave with exactly what I wanted!

I was never asked the entire time if I needed any assistance. My family the only customers in the entire store. There were 3 employees and a manager watching Heman on a television like they were in their living room. We were sitting on a living room set wanting to purchase and not a single person came over. Congrats on missing the $4k sale. Guess we'll be at Rooms To Go, since they actually notice you.

Had the best experience at Conn’s I am
a first time buyer and the furniture. So beautiful I love the color and I love the way it feels and It is so comfortable can’t wait to get it and my apartment. Kia was so helpful and so informational and concerned that she was getting exactly the right side that I needed for my recliner We were trying to decide if I should do the left side or the right side so she was very helpful. I appreciate her very much.

A zero for this place. I got a washer and dryer and the dryer stopped working the same day and someone came a day or 2 later and was here for less than a minute and said they can't fix it. So they didn't bring me another one after a couple of days. So I said I want my money back and they can take the stuff back. I got new stuff and couldn't use it but still had to pay for it and them taking so long to pick them up

I have bought from the Denton store before and they were fantastic - I made a couple of other purchases about 2 months ago and they were fantastic everybody that I talked to - Unfortunately, I’m having a hard time right now and the floor manager that I talked to actually made me feel really bad - she wanted me to put money on my account that I do not have so she took it as though I was not wanting to help myself so she could not help me - she told me that I was not giving her a date for my payment but I told her that I was hoping that I would be able to make my next payment on time which would be the November payment - she was even asking me how we could make it on no money - well my husband had a little saved and he has been selling his guns and we have borrowed money - she was more less giving me a hard time instead of helping me out - all that was needed was either I can help you or no I can’t help you - needless to say I hung up - I have anxiety and this woman almost put me in a panic mode - I do have to say that I have never left a bad review but this really deserves one - I had actually called Conns myself 2 days ago and talked to someone else and let them know what was going on and that I was going to be late and I had asked if they could do a deferment but she told me that I had to be almost 30 days late so I was going to call back - Conns has called me 3 times yesterday and when they called today I told the girl I had already called about my account and I was going to be late and she got a manager on the phone and I got no kind of help or understanding what so ever. The manager that I talked to needs some training in Empathy. I didn’t need to be belittled because of my situation - I know I am not the only one that is or has had a situation come up.

Lousy service, No call ahead, expects you to wait all day for them, they canceled a previous delivery attempt without even letting me know, customer service is no help, and they offered no solutions to a problem that they created. Canceled my order and bought the same washer and dryer from Nebraska furniture Mart and saved money. Don't even bother with these guys.

Conn’ Team at Goldern Triangle Mall Denton works w/o ego; they put the customer 1st NOT their bonuses! Joseph steers the ship & the team assist in ensuring the customer is given the best option available for his/her need (s). This crew needs to be modeled & replicated!

They exceeded in expectations! I was having a rather difficult time using the online ordering system- that is absolutely SEPARATE from the store. John stepped in and took care of everything. I was extremely grateful for his help and got everything ordered WITH a better deal. DO NOT try to order online if you can avoid it, just go into the store. You’ll find amazing customer service!

Huge shoutout to Joseph and Spenser! They were amazing and walked me and my girlfriend through the financing and the delivery process, as well as helping us pick out the perfect bedroom set for our new place! Highly recommend these two for any and all wants or needs and we will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic businessman, great conversation, and gets you the right appliances and products for the best price! Went in with no knowledge on what refrigerator I wanted; Z got me squared away quicker than I expected but made it feel like we’d known each other for years. Thanks!
