Our store (#236) experience was nice. Delivery was not so nice. The fridge was delivered and installed. The dishwasher sat in our living room, in the packing box, until another technician was scheduled to install it. We had to go to the store and request installation that we had already paid for. THAT INSTALLATION did not go well. The door was damaged. “You signed a waiver” is the excuse we keep getting.
The products are good (minus the damaged dishwasher) but very poor customer service.

We walked in needing a new fridge and walked out with one, plus a dishwasher. Saved over $700 from retail prices. Conn's employee Logan Brown did a great job answering our questions and explaining the financing. We're satisfied customers!

Great customer service. Just keep moping the floor for later hours, especially when clients are walking around the store.

Chrystal, the sales associate was great. She was very friendly & so helpful. The store was was so clean & neat. So many options to choose from. Beautiful furniture. While waiting on her to complete my paperwork she offered me to get a massage in a massage chair. That felt sooooo good…helped me to relax while waiting. I recommend if you’re deciding to shop at Conns off 161 in Grand Prairie ask for Crystal. Thanks Crystal

DO NOT BUY PROTECTION for your furniture in Conns IT IS A SCAM.
A year ago I bought a sectional room set, I bought the coverage for 3 years and they offered me that it would even cover for sinking and cleaning, which is NOT true. When I made my claim they said it was normal wear and tear. Now I have a room of poor quality with a high cost.also.
DO NOT BUY PROTECTION.

I love to read reviews before I purchase anything or visit a store, restaurant, etc. I'm sure there are others, like me, that want to hear about the experiences of others. My visit to Conns today was good. The salesperson greeted us at the door and was very knowledgeable about the refrigerators we were shopping for. When paying, I was tempted to pay with a credit card but decided to apply for installment credit to help boost my credit rating. All went well until we got to the fees being charged over and above the cost of the refrigerator. I know sales and how it goes. I finally agreed after struggling to swallow the numbers, but I did have a goal I was trying to meet and agreed to sign. If you want to establish installment credit, this is not where you want to go. Everything else was great. The salesperson was excellent, but the fees for this transaction were outrageous.

Decent selection of furniture, appliances, and electronics. Prices are a bit higher than other places

They said that they open at 10AM and we could go and pick it up at the warehouse but when we got there at 10, they said they opened at 11, I wasted my money on my truck rental and also wasted my time. After I wanted to get a refund they said it would cost 15%. It was only one day. They’re the bad service costumers.
