Bad experience with cons my mother made payments on some appliances she bought, she walked in to make a payment at they told her she had been behind 3 months she told them I'll be back and had proof with all her past 3 months receipts so she told them I no longer wants service with y'all and made them pick up the appliances. They made it seem as if she wasn't making her payments whole time their own workers are scammers so y'all make sure to save all ur receipts for incidents like these!

Very friendly group of employee. The young man James that worked with us. Was very friendly & he made sure & verify everything we asked concerning our purchase. Since hevwas new in sales mattress. He went out of his way to provide us with water from his own vehicle for both my husband & I. Thank you Conn's for great service.

As my husband and I asked many times about our contract and payment details, I know realize that after paying my account balance of 6 months that I have literally paid more than 340.00 and my balance on my receipt literally says I've only paid 170.00 towards my balance! Its sad how your staff lie to customers just to get them to purchase things! I'm never coming to purchase anything here and I strongly recommend that everyone wanting to buy from here to be careful what your being told!

Went into Conn's looking for living room set, dining table set, and washer and dryer. I found everything i was looking for and even better than what i was thinking.
