Good selection of scratched and dinged appliances if you are more interested in a good deal than appearances. Some of the scratches are so minor you'd hardly even notice. Carrie was our awesome sales rep and was super helpful in helping us pick out a new refrigerator! Definitely recommend asking for her!

I went to this location to inquire about a deep freezer (3.5cu). After approaching the young lady behind the customer service desk she walked me to the display model that was not what I was looking for. I explained to her that I was told by the Katy location that the had what I was looking for according to their system. I walked out and reached out to the young man at the Katy location and he texted me what was shown in their system. So, I went back in and was approached by Rudy Ruiz. I began to explain to him the nature of my visit and in the mist of conversing with him he proceeded to walk away. It was as if he was disgusted with my presence. I asked him to stop and allow me to explain what’s going on and he wouldn’t even let me show him what was given to me. Talk about RUDE. I will not shop her or refer anyone to shop here.

Really great staff! I had my computer fixed here with conns warranty. I'm extremely pleased with the service. Instead of shipping it to my store they allowed me to pick it up here instead! Everyone seemed friendly!

Found a great dishwasher at a low price. We were told it was $99 for delivery and installation. Got to the register, and were told no; it's $99 for delivery and$179 for installation. No thanks!

It was the slowest process I have ever been a part of. From the time you check in - to waiting for pick up. It’s bad when you spend almost 2 hours to get a deep freezer. This place need a more efficient program. I will never do this again. This place get a big thumbs down from me.

UPDATE: We got everything fixed in the end after much persuasion! We are so happy with conns and the great deal we got on our fridge. We were able to talk to someone who totally understood our frustration and did everything she could to get us the service we deserved. I just recommend to ask a lot of question if you are going to purchase here. We would honestly buy here again

They tell you that the appliances have cosmetic damage only.but my fridge that I’ve only had for a few days already broke down 2 times and now we are being informed that the fridge has been worked on before we bought it due to a leak. Why didn’t they mention that to me? And now they are pulling the “all sales are final” or “you have 72 hours ONLY to return or exchange”
THE LEAK WAS NEVER EVER MENTIONED!
I had to throw away food the first time and now they are telling me to figure out AGAIN what to do with my food and recommended getting a “cooler” to keep my food good for a few days while they get the parts in to fix the leak. I’ve been more than patient considering that I bought from the CLEARANCE but now I feel that this is completely unethical! They also offer extended warranty that is ridiculously expensive and defeats the purpose of buying at a discounted price.
I truly believe that we got scammed we over paid for a fridge that had been worked on before. We thought we were paying for a new fridge with a small scratch!
OH AND FYI CONNS WE KNOW ABOUT THE TAG IN THE BACK OF FRIDGE THAT PROVES IT HAD BEEN WORKED ON BEFORE IT WAS SOLD TO US

I delivered here they DO NOT HAVE A RESTROOM FOR DRIVERS TO USE WHILE THWY WAIT THIS IS A BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART FACILITIES AND TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL I CAN GO TO A TRUCK STOP THAT THIS IS NOT A TRUCK STOP BEEN HERE OVER THREE HRS AND IF I LEAVE I LOOSE MY PLACE IN LINE THIS IS SOM B. I am still waiting outside because they didn’t send an email, even I called they said my order is ready! But I can’t get my order that I paid for, I have been on hold for over an hour!

This store have a good deals I will recommend it. I bought my refrigerator, washer and dryer for a really good prices $1700 for that.

Claude was great.no sales pressure, did not rush us, helped us find exactly what we wanted and gave us great, kind customer service as well as a really good price.

This distribution is the worst! Over 1 1/2 hr wait to pick up my appliances. 6 dock doors and only 1 is open? Ridiculous. Dont come at night to pick up! Youre better off getting next day delivery. They only have one employee loading & 7+ cars waiting.

I had previously been to another conns center and had the worse experience ever, reluctant to try again I decided to give this conns a chance, since they had newly open and I must say I am glad I did. Ted helped me with all my needs, he and the manager answered all my questions and gave me an awesome deal on everything I needed.

They dont open till 11am. Would have been nice to be told this by the sales girl 50miles away before I got there at 0900. No there are no exceptions to getting your stuff early.

Mr Ted is awesome, he helped me get exactly what I wanted. I recommend anyone looking for anything to go see Mr Ted. He has a great attitude and know his products!

One hour and half with only 5people in front of me. To pick up. Why do black people are so lazy and take there time to do everything I would never ever purchase anything from conns again.
