Conroe Estates

Found a post on Facebook and took a shot hoping it wasn’t a scam. I was pleasantly surprised. Came in to look at places for rent/rent to own and was blown away. Wonderful property and Stephanie was very knowledgeable. She made the process quick and easy. Fingers crossed we get approved. We’d love to stay in this community.

I have lived here for years and this community has gotten better after new management has taken over and it’s only about to get better

The place is nice just be ready to get increase on rent and services any time they feel like and as much as they feel like

Great community quite area close to downtown Conroe easy access to everything people in the office are awesome and super helpful

Stephanie has been extremely helpful throughout every step of my application process! She even helps after hours to get you the information I believe this will be the perfect place to live!

My Fam has a nice trailer. Eventhough they raise rent sometimes. But he's happy he isn't paying house prices.

I love living here. You have neighbors but non annoying to my area.verry awesome prices for the rental.gonna be here for awhile.

Quiet place.but there are not enough lighting around the streets. It is far too dark, surrounding the wide area of space.

I've been here for just over 3 months and its a great place! Quiet peaceful and kid friendly! The staff here is wonderful, and most everyone I've met is very neighborly! Thank you Sharon!
