Conroe Eyes

I was referred by my insurance & a friend & I will definitely be going back! The lady at the front was amazing & so was the dr! Definitely a great experience! Great selection on glasses too.lots of frames to choose from under my insurance. They accept medicaid too which is a huge benefit

Very nice office all of the staff met all of my standards for myself and children Dr. Tammy was amazing with both of my children ages 6&9 she was very informative and very patient the wait time was very short but in between waiting the office staff engaged in a rapport building conversation. Very satisfied with my visit and this office.

The Doctor and staff are always friendly. The ability to text makes things so easy! Small, clean place and not a lot of eyeglasses to choose from, but I will still return to see the Doctor.

Every time I go for myself and my kids, always friendly and helpful staff, love the eye dr she makes us feel so comfortable and treats us with respect.

I was very lucky to find this office due to the great reviews and I'm glad we went! Their customer service is second to none, and I have been to PLENTY of optometrists due to my poor vision.
I had such a great experience here that I brought my whole family for check ups. We found out our youngest son needed glasses at 5 years old, and they have taken amazing care of him since then.
The front staff is always very kind, specifically I believe her name is Crystal.
We have seen both Doctors and they are both knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. They take the time to listen to your concerns and offer solutions.
I am relieved to have found this office and will continue entrusting them with our family!

Everyone at Conroe Eyes were very nice and professional. The store was very clean and there is a range of prices to pick from.

Professional high tech quality service. I've always had sharp vision. I'm very aware of subtle differences in vision; like during an eye exam where lenses are being changed in and out. In saying that, Dr Pham did a stellar job bringing everything back to focus for me.

Options were clearly explained. New way to map inside eye balls was so much easier than dilation. Everyone was so nice. We were done quickly. Couldn't ask for anything else.

Took my 3 girls, first time patients. Ive used another eye Dr. In Conroe for 10 yrs. Let me just say in all 10 yrs elsewhere i dont think ive ever had a staff be more attentive, personable and thorough as today. From the reception staff to the asst. To the Dr. Herself, the quality of care was A+. She took the time to answer any questions or concerns in detail and explained every step clearly to my girls. My only regret is that i did not find this place sooner. Also, we were in and out in good time especially w/ 3 patients and great service.

I needed an appt right away because my current pair of glasses broke 3 days ago. They got me in quickly and ordered my new pair same day. Should have my new glasses in 1 to 2 weeks. All other places could not even see me for another 2 weeks plus wait time to order glasses. Very happy to be seen so soon. Will definitely be back!

It's a wonderful place to come for service. Very helpful and friendly and professional staffs.
Every year or so I have to visit the eye doctors, because my eyes are not only near sighted but and also far sighted as well. Plus my eyes are in progressive and astigmatism, but most of the previous doctors, which I come to check out. They just quickly examined and provide the prescription for contact lenses or eyeglasses, just never examined closely to see if any further issues.
This place, doctor is not only examined my eyes carefully with times and diagnosis closely that one of my eye has a white sunspot which can remove by specialist doctor. She (doctor) immediately get my information and recommends to pay a vist with specialist, so I can pursue a surgery or something can do later on.

That is not only impressed me and thx so much for great diagnosis on the issues of my eyes.
Even, @ this visitation, I just want to take an eye examination for my re order on my contact lenses, but with extra professional help such as, help me to take care better in the future.
Just short, but strongly recommend this place to check out your eyes examinations.

My family and I have been visiting Conroe Eyes for many years and the care has always been excellent in treatment, efficiency and professionalism from Dr. Pham and her administrative staff.

Very professional and friendly staff. The glasses selection wasn't the biggest but what they had was pretty good.

They are very polite, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very concerned about how I felt.
