Blood Pressure medication is to help not have a heart attack right? So you want me to spend over $100 for a doctor visit just so I can get a refill to live, this is annoying, pray I don't have a stroke

This office has the BEST physicians and staff. They take there time with you concerns and go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Staff is kind and considerate, and there is never a really long wait. Don't always believe the reviews on here because nowadays people are with so much negativity. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE 10/10

As you See from other reviews this practice may not be one you want to choose. Some girls in the office are friendly but others can be rude. The office is very mismanaged and almost impossible to get the billing straight. My experience was with nurse practitioner and visit seemed rushed. Several times I spoke to six different people in the office said this was a wellness visit but instead was billed almost $200. After already not being that happy with this office decided to find a new practitioner. It is a very difficult task to find good healthcare anymore

I just have to brag on Rhonda, this past Friday I had an appointment, and I had some important medication that was supposed to be called in after my 9am appointment. Well it never was, even and after I emailed over three times to make sure no one forgot about me. That’s the only reason I done give more stars in this review. Anyway Rhonda called me after they closed and made sure to contact my dr to ask her to call met medicine in. I was forever grateful for her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to fix this for me! Thanks Rhonda!

(both locations) With 4 interactions in a row over a 9 month period everything from billing, scheduling and communication is terrible. 1 example, I pay out of pocket and square up at the end of each visit. After already getting 2 different prices on the test I needed, I pay the total they finally gave me, (they forgot about my test and magically get the results an hour after I call to inquire a week later) I get a call another week later saying there was an error on their end and I owe more money. I could have let that go if it wasnt for the 3 prior errors the offices have made regarding scheduling, pricing, results and protocol.

This office will not let you see a doctor if you are congested, only tele med phone visit. Tested for covid, still no entrance to see a doctor even with a negative result. Suggested I see someone at the Conroe facility, same thing. Wound up going to urgent care at a cost of 35.00 and I was diagnosed with a light case of pneumonia and a kidney infection. Suffered for a week all the while trying to see my primary doctor. The bad thing is that no one in the office wears a mask nor are patients asked to wear one. Makes no sense. Now have a new primary doctor.

I really loved the dr I was seeing at this practice, which was definitely not one of the laningham brothers. There are no kind words to say about them unfortunately. The offices are extremely mismanaged, full of very rude staff who can’t seem to handle the most basic of tasks. After being a patient for several years I just have to leave and go elsewhere. Such a shame, I will miss my dr a lot.

The clinic in Conroe is horrible. They never answer the phone, and if they do they leave you on hold. Tye staff is very rude as well. All I needed was a refill for my prescription for diabetes. Still has not even happened. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Their current protocol is to NOT see sick people in person only over telehealth which means they can’t check your ears, throat, listen to your chest, etc. Basically all the things a doctor would do to help a sick patient. So crazy! Ended up cancelling and found another place who would see me in person!

Scatterbrained group of staff. Can't get paperwork or chart information right, can't follow instructions, sent my refill information to wrong place twice in one day. Not recommended. Won't be going back.

Started out with Jason around 20 years ago with my brother. My mom started seeing him too. I seen him a few times then Josh became my provider. I absolutely love that we have quality healthcare in Willis. The staff is fabulous and Josh is just the bomb. Conroe Willis Family Medicine is my healthcare choice.

My husband and I both go (went?) here due to convenience. We overlooked everything for this reason. Not anymore.

1. They never answer the phone
2. Office staff is rude
3. They do not value our time. We make appiontments over the phone, go in, and they DO NOT have an appiontment for us. This has happened 7 times between us. We have to take off of work to see the doctor.
4. I was told I could show up to complete labs without an appiontment to see the doctor because it was just a redraw a month after the last labs. Then, upon going to the lab, had staff come out and tell me I needed to see the doctor- meaning what could have been 1 trip and less missed worked is now 2.5. And most recently, calling for a same day appiontment for a refill only to be told, with an attitude, that we signed an agreement in January for no same day/next day appiontments for refills. Jennifer could have just stopped at, I'm sorry, we are booked. Like I said, rude. There is no recollection of signing this disclosure, but what is even more concerning is that they constantly don't value my time, which seems to be okay with them, but when life gets ahead of you because you have jobs and a family and forget to schedule an appiontment, their response is not just a simple, "I am sorry, we can't see you today. " I was not expecting a same day appiontment, but thought I could give it a try.
6. They are only in it for the money. They do not care about their patients or helping the community.

This office has a few issues they need to address.
1. There have been many times the phones do not get answered. They either don’t have a working line or the call is disconnected. Many calls were made - no answer and the call goes dead.
2. After a dozen calls, only to get a call back, to pay a $10 bill and to get a mammogram prescription/referral in the area where I just recently moved, they were actually irritated when I told them the phone wasn’t working the day prior.
3. I asked the medical staff a couple of times for an optomologist - not an optometrist and was given optometrist only to find out after I arrived at the center they referred me to and the receptionist said mam we don’t have an optomologist here. Had to go back and ask again after I already asked twice.
4. Received a call from my Dr’s nurse (I actually like the Dr I selected over many other Dr's in Conroe) with inadequate and incomplete information about mammogram results. When I asked her if the radiologist compared my mammogram with past mammograms she was bewildered with why I would ask such a thing. I told her she needs to go back and compare my history before making recommendations for extensive procedure for my breasts - when they have never seen my past mammograms.
She then went on to say I was rude and further discussions with the staff resulted in the staff telling me to go get another Dr. They hung up the phone on me twice. I never had a conversation with the Dr, although the staff says the Dr.overheard my discussion about my breast and I should go elsewhere. Instead of just moving on with the results, with which I was correct about, I had to make several trips to multiple centers only to find out, once the results were finally compared to my past results, I needed no further procedure. I was correct and they didn't apologize. The Dr.never called. I was told to go elsewhere. The staff decided they would decide if I would ever see my Dr.again, who I actually praised to the staff over.
You make your own decisions if you want to use this office in Conroe.
I personally like Dr. Koshy, whom I selected over many other Dr's in Conroe, however, this staff, who runs off business for their Dr's, is not worth supporting with my $$$. Dr. Laningham I wish your business the best.

Myself and my family including my Dad all see Mrs. Laura, a provider at the Conroe location and LOVE LOVE her and her staff. Wonderful bedside manner and always remembers all of us personally. Very hard to find a provider that treats her patients with such personal care. All of her staff is amazing as well. Her secretary is amazing and very on top of things.

I love this place. Great staff mrs. Laura’s staff is amazing and her secretary is awesome. Wonderful customer service and very friendly love the Conroe office.

I have been going to Mrs. Carol for 3yrs know and never once have had a issue. She has helped me from when I was sick to getting my health in track. I've always arrived 20mins early and yea had to wait like 10 or 15 mins but they are a busy place so I don't mind waiting. I've never meet a Dr office that was so caring and nice always greets me when I walk in. Carol always listen to what I have to say and then we talk it out to figure out different suggestions we can try. I will always go here and recommend people to go to Carol. My mom likes going to her to. So please try them out yea u might have to wait a lil bit but it's worth it cause they are busy they always make me feel at home and laugh and joke around. It's a great place.
