The staff is friendly and welcoming as always however the new doctor is not as compassionate as Dr. Chan.

We had a great experience! From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow up all the staff were knowledgeable and informative about what to expect. They were patient and calm with all questions to make us feel comfortable about the experience. My daughter has negative reactions to anesthesia so the staff listened to my concerns and made accommodations so we both felt safe post surgery. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for wisdom teeth extraction at a reasonable price point from a practice that values their patients

If you suffer from TMJ-like symptoms don’t come here he isn’t very helpful/knowledgeable on the subject.
Plus, surgery is rarely if ever a good option for TMJ. Just trying to save future patient’s time

The entire office goes to lunch at the same time… and doesn’t come back until 2pm. Yet, they have two receptionists. Rotate for goodness sakes. Instead, you have everyone outside baking in 100 degree weather for an appointment at 2pm? Mmmk

Having never been sedated, this was a delightful first time experience for such events! Bleeding and swelling is at a minimum, was in and out in a little less than an hour, definitely recommend going through CIOS for your wisdom teeth removal,

I was informed that I would get a no money out of pocket evaluation checked with doctor included X-ray prior to wisdom teeth removal because this service is 100% covered under my insurance policy but when I showed up, they wanted to charge $300 for consultation, which insurance pay $150, I have to come out of pocket $115 for now and then pay co pay deductible $50 next visit. There is no need to do that. We already paid our insurance monthly and use our insurance for the coverage but they just want to charge just to speak to the doctor. Very disappointed and a waste of time. I got nothing done, I should have scheduled the appointment with another doctor. I was informed differently and got shocked and disappointed when showed up. I wouldn’t recommend this place because it is too expensive, not consumers friendly, unreasonable pricing. There is no value in having a consultation that I donlt need. Just need wisdom teeth removal, skip the extra milking process!

From the front desk to the doctor, the entire staff is friendly, professional, personable and funny. They made everything easy and returned calls quickly to answer any questions we had. This place is amazing, the staff are all very kind and will take time to answer any questions or talk about any concerns you have. I was so nervous for my surgery and they helped me through that, and when it was all done even though I was acting a fool they still were patient and kind with me and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. I am so glad I was referred here by my dentist for my wisdom teeth removal surgery, they are so kind and caring and they walk you through everything and answer all questions, even if you think they're silly questions they'll answer those too! I usually have bad anxiety with doing these kind of things but they made me feel at ease and my surgery went very well! Dr. Phan is very involved with his patients and makes sure they are taken care of, and his assistants are amazing as well! The front desk ladies are very nice and welcoming when you come in, all around this place is great! If you are referred here, definitely consider them because they do a wonderful job.

I had a procedure done here years ago and was pleased. I went in again to get another procedure and was jerked around WAY more than I like. They try to push an additional 3d X-ray. I went ahead and got it done and paid the money. The doctor promised to talk to me about X-ray. Once I paid for x ray I was rushed out of office. They really care about $$$ and nothing else.

I had the best experience here. I had to have 6 teeth removed, all four wisdom and to molars (and I have anxiety about going to the dentist) but the doctors here and the staff are so sweet, so kind and really understood that I was anxious about having these teeth removed. They answered all of my questions and was just an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
