5My daughter's were in the office for over 1 hr and 30 min. At the same time time other many children were in and out within 30 min.
The front off office staff is very rude, and stand offish, no one wanted to answer my questions or help at all
Dr. Marcus Ozaeta is one of the best and highly skilled pediatrician in Fort Worth Area. I would highly recommend him.
I love Liz, She’s very helpful and always has a smile on her face. She’s always very anlert over the phone goes above and beyond to help me out, answers all of my questions w no hesitation. I enjoy coming to this clinic!
06/02- IT DOESNT MATTER HOW AMAZING THE DOCTORS AND STAFF ARE IN THE BACK! FRONT DESK AND ADMIN ARE TERRIBLE! WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING OUR CHILDREN HERE
05/22- Doctors are still amazing; but cannot give 5 stars. Front desk is terrible. Wanted to argue with wife over balance when she had both infants by herself. We know our insurance covers everything and a mistake he been made.
Original Review- Like other reviews I agree one receptionist is one star at best for being extremely rude and inconsiderate. For some reason she answers the phone most often; which gives others this perception.
But at the end of the day I can deal with one terrible person to ensure my children are cared for by the best team ever.
