3 Terrible front desk, awesome doctors
Slow slow slow reception there is always a problem with billing when you go there you'll see what I'm talking about and if you complain you are the troubled patient, go figure
The office staff is some of the absolute rudest people I've ever met in any professional way! My friend who has been going with them for a very long time recommended me them for my son with dr.baker! Not once was I able to meet him bc the staff would schedule me with someone else! And didn’t want to accept my newborn at first bc he didn’t have the right insurance and wouldn’t allowed me to do self pay till we would get the right insurance! However they ended up accepting him! Today he was supposed to have his 2 months shots and they told us it would be more than $700, lying to us bc my friend paid only $170 something till her sons insurance would get here! Shame on the staff! You definitely shouldn’t work there if you don’t seem like you enjoy your job and don’t make people feel welcome! Anyways dr.baker I wish I would have meet you!
Moved from Coppell to Little Elm and had no issues with scheduling appointments and getting in. The NP Answered all my questions and was very attentive.
