I have called every cooks children's facility in the surrounding area to transfer my medically complicated son to a Cook's Children bc it looks to operate much like what we are used to in Houston with Texas Children's. Low and behold because he is on a Managed Medicaid - Star Kids plan through his disability, none of the providers in the area will accept him even though it states on your website (and on the insurance website) that his plan is accepted. So if we are going to discriminate against disabled patients simply based on their insurance, you might want to remove the information from your website.

We’ve had the best experience with Dr. Zibari and the entire staff at Prosper Trail. The front office and nurses really treat my kids with such kindness and compassion when they’re feeling sick. Dr. Zibari takes her time, listens to our concerns and has really made a positive connection with both my son and daughter. I’m so grateful to have found a great pediatrician so close to home. I would highly recommend!

The “facilities fees” this places charge when your kid has to be there for medical procedures is an abomination. 20+ x the cost of the actual procedure. What a terrible place!

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Very unprofessional. They require ALL vaccines for your kids if you want to be seen there; however, this was not disclosed before our visit. (My children are not fully vaccinated under previous doctor's recommendation due to several severe autoimmune diseases in the family). We were asked to leave after vitals, eye exams and hearing tests were already performed. The doctor refused to see us. I will update if I get billed for this visit which should not happen since we never saw the doctor and they failed to inform us of their policy. We will never use Cook Children's Hospital for anything.

A couple of times, when my youngest son needed medical attention, Dr Zibari was there for us. She was the answer to our prayers. Her caring and thoughtfulness combined with her extensive medical knowledge, was like a joyful miracle and extremely helpful.

Angels among us? Yes! Definitely medical ones. And the initials of the one I know are Dr. Nujeen Zibari.

Im severely disappointed in how we are being treated now that Dr Chuong is not at the practice. Your office manager Jessica did not seem empathetic or seem to care at all about my concern and told me I had to go see this other Dr and cancel the appt your app allowed me to book. I work in health care as well and know when your just throwing a script at me. I know to you we are just another tick on the roster but I don't feel comfortable bringing my child to a practice that doesn't seem to care about the patient at all. I was transferred to the other office this morning and hung up on after waiting 10 minutes and I don't have time to keep calling. I also know I have the choice to see the provider I chose and don't appreciate the amount of force applied to see this other provider. Im not comfortable with a Male Dr and I'm not happy with the way this is handled so hope you take my feedback and don't make other parents feel this way. I also don't appreciate being called at 330 on a Friday to cancel my appt and now having to scramble to find an appt that works with out schedule. I expected much more. Blocking my ability to message on the portal is the cherry on top. Glad we found out before we needed any thing serious.
