We’ve used this location multiple times over the years for our kids and they’ve been wonderful each time. We’ve always gotten clear, definitive answers and the staff is always so kind.

I took my almost two year old to this location multiple times in a week because she was getting worse not really active and running fever. The dr said she had an ear infection probably because I told her she had a history of ear infections so that’s what she went with but anyways the dr was rude for starters and low and behold I took her to the urgent care in alliance they did an x ray and she had pneumonia not an ear infection at all and had to be admitted! Seriously need to re-evaluate your staff at this location.

My daughter went to get results that she would no longer be able to hear again, and instead of being helpful and tr to make her feel better just sat and watch her cry! So sad, they are suppose to be childrens dr to help talk to them and make them understand, not make them feel worse

CROOK Children's, their billing dept is so terrible, corrupt & deceptive. I will never take my children to any of their facilities again. 9 months later they try to send the bills we already paid, then send us to collections. Insurance fraud

A special shout out to our amazing nurse Angie! My daughter struggled with her pain control after her knee surgery and she was incredibly patient, caring, sympathetic and attentive. She never hesitated to advocate for my daughter and did all she could to get her ready to go home as soon as possible.

My child had surgery at this facility almost a year ago, the surgery went fine but the billing process has been an absolute nightmare. I've been bounced around between Cook Childrens Physicians Network, Cook Childrens Surgery Center, and RAB billing collections for the past year trying to resolve my issues. Ask for ITEMIZED medical bills and receipt of payment and check them thoroughly, this place is a joke.

Shout out to our AWESOME nurse Amy M, Dr Roberge & entire staff who took care of us today! No wait time, clean environment, clear instructions provided. They made ear tube surgery for our 7 month old easy peasy!

Would prefer any hospital but this one. If you don’t check in online be prepared to wait more than an hour or 2 for service. No friendly or helpful staff. If this wasn’t the closest location to us we would avoid this place at all costs.

We had two horrible experiences with my daughter, who has ADHD and SPD. No compassion or patience from nurses at all. And apparently training is needed in dealing with pediatric patients who don’t “fit the norm”. We will never use this location again.

99% of the staff is wonderful and Cooks NE has without a doubt been our preferred location. However, we took our son in after a baseball accident and the Dr brushed it off as bruising-a little Motrin and we were on our way. After a call to the dentist the next morning, we were rushed in for exam and X-rays. Turns out that his jaw is fractured and apparently time is of the essence. Feeling defeated that we had to keep pushing to get a decent evaluation and guilty we didn’t push back on Cook’s.

Hopefully, it was just an off night for the Dr but we will not be using Cook’s. Pediatric care should never be a chore.

This place is so bad. Even though we were referred over - to have a CT Scan - we will never go back. Treated us like trashy stupid people. Never got the CT Scan, they talked to us like we didn't know anything or our children. They should wear face mask's if they are so scared of seeing a patient! I mean how can they look at patient without getting close enough to touch them?

Always fast and knowledgeable about what is happening with my babies. I have never had to deal with a extremely long wait time for any reason. The staff always goes out of the way to ensure that my child is comfortable and I am fully aware of what is happening to her.

Be prepared to see a nurse 90% of the time instead of a doctor. We were forgotten in the back room for over an hour until I came out of the room and talked to someone. My son is still sick so we are going somewhere with a doctor. I won’t be coming back here. This place use to great 3 years ago.

Horrible experience. When I first walked in I asked for help at kiosk and guy looked at me blankly. So i finally figured it out then hanf me paperwork. So I asked for help filling that out. Then the last called me an a**hole in front of my child and told us to go somewhere else, she does not have time for this. Her name was Laura. I asked to talk to her boss, she said she doesn't have one. So after 45 minutes of waiting, we left anf gotbthe help we needed somewhere else. Will never return to Cook's. Also I have a Hurst community Facebook page with 20,000 members. I posted my experience there and Got over 100 negative experiences from other members. I can't believe you're still in business

All around bad experience. Got their at 1am and nurse says at least an hour for the Dr too see us. 1.5hrs later nothing so Myself and another person ask how long and the nurse gave attitude and said you can leave if you want. Dr came out and said she has very sick patients. Why not get the ones who are not severe seen and out asap. Do not go their unless you have a few hrs too spare.

My son had been running a fever of 102 before I took him to this Urgent Care facility, which I have been to plenty times before. Once we were triage in we were sent back in the waiting room to wait for my son to be called to a room. Once we got back to the room a Nurse Practitioner R. Hensen came in and said his test results were negative. I immediately informed her that my son just got back and hasn't been seen by anyone to have any test done. She then asked if they swabbed his nose or mouth while in the triage room, I said no. Before they would finally swab his mouth they first wanted to verify with the triage nurse that he actually did not have any testing done as if I lied. A nurse came in swabbed his nose and after sometime R. Hensen, NP came in and said that the results were negative. I took my son home still giving him Tylenol every 6 hours but after his fever still did not go away my husband decided to take him to Huguley Hospital were he tested positive for the Flu type B!

The trained care staff that I have been worked with are great; however the office staff is horrible. I called to schedule an appointment, and the phone operator tried to schedule the wrong date and time throughout the phone call. Ultimately she scheduled the wrong date, even after verbal confirmation. It was difficult to reach the scheduled and get a new date scheduled.

Slow service. If you don’t make an “online” checkin, you here for hours. Whomever made this option available for sure did not think in “urgent” care.

The fun part is an “online” walks in, the screen monitor time increases. We went from 0-15, back to 0-23,31 minutes ago! Well by the time we are seen it will be my daughters bedtime. Mind you I arrived at 4: 45pm, it’s now 6: 30 and we are again “0-15” minutes. Unbelievable!

Suggestion, send your marketing team to conduct a SWOT at any Florida Children’s Hospital. They would return totally rejuvenated with ideas to improve your service and rooms.
