Don't need to be home when they service your ac or heat. They are clean and professional. Also take pictures for landlords to ensure proper maintenance or duty that you need!

I recommend this company, their services, and their equipment. They send timely reminders of when each scheduled maintenance is due, provide options for scheduling to fit your busy life, and will even provide any necessary filters if you do not have them on-hand.

Upstairs unit quit cooling, called Cool Care and they had a tech at my home is about an hour, fixed my problem in about 15 min.and we are cool again, you can't beat service like that.
