Heed the reviews and take your kids elsewhere. The visit itself was nice and quick, but the point of the visit was to get a haircut for my son and it looked bad. I asked for a 2 on the bottom and sides, trim on top, and clean up his edges. The girl did not do a 2, chopped 1.5” off the top, and kinda edged up. My son was not difficult. He was fussy and squirmy here and there but I held his head still for her and helped keep him still. I ended up spending more money and taking my son to a barber to fix the cut. I should have taken before pics. The barber was in disbelief a “professional” cut his hair.

Does anyone even work here anymore? I just showed up as a walk-in like I have before, and no one is there and the door is locked. There is a sign of the temporary hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm, but the door is locked and most lights are off. Called twice and no answer. Wish I would have read the recent reviews on this location before making the drive. The last lady that cut his hair a year ago was Liz. She was great. Anyone know where she went, would love to schedule with her wherever she went.

From the moment I walked in, the lady just had a serious attitude problem. When registering, I simply asked whether I should enter my sons information or mine, and she responded very snarky “it doesn’t matter. “ The haircut was extremely rushed. It wasn’t even what I asked for. The entire time, it was extremely awkward. She obviously hates her job and doesn’t want to be working there. I have no idea what her problem was but she definitely shouldn’t take it out on customers. I started wondering whether the place was actually a drug front because they did not seem the least bit concerned with getting or retaining customers.

My son had long thick hair that went to his neck with bangs across his forehead he was supposed to get a trim and came out with his hair shaven/military hair cut I’m so irritated and upset Im still crying we have a wedding to go to and now his hair sticks up around his cowlick like alfalfa. Some parts arnt even and he looks like he has a bald streak in the back of his head.

Took my 8 month old for his 2nd haircut (his 1st haircut was not here) i made appointment and we told her exactly what we wanted, she got started and didnt even ask if he likeed a sertain cartoon so i had to play videos on my phone for my son to stay still, he started moving and you could see her getting frustrated, i dont know if she was just being to rough but my son started crying and moving, all she offered was a candy, in less than 5 minutes she said she was done, i told her if she could cut a bit from the front and right away she said “well i cant do an edge up because im not a barber” his hair was so choppy, at his 1st haircut he was smiling the whole time and didnt cry at all (like i said, it was not done here, but unfortunately the other place was booked that day) the lady next to us was cutting another kids hair and he was crying worse than my son and she left his hair AMAZING! Nice and faded! While my son looked my i had cut his hair myself, and still had to pay 20 something for that mess… would not recommend at all, i was so mad when i walked out of there, if you are wanting a cut for you little ones go to COOKIE CUTTERS! They are awesome and just a couple of minutes from this place

My kid loves going to get her hair cut, especially sitting in a car, watching videos. If it makes her happy, I'm happy.

Came in to get my kids haircuts, the woman who cut my five year olds hair was great! No problems with her, however TINA who was supposed to cut my three year olds hair was very rude & unprofessional. It’s Cool cuts 4 KIDS you would think the people working would know how to deal with kids. Idk if she was having a bad day or simply didn’t like my toddler. Please go to anyone but her.

Fantastic experience for our little one! They did a great job working with him and his squirminess.

Amazing team! Very safe and professional experience for my one year old to get his first haircut since Quarantine.
