Since I’m a former HVAC technician I can confidently say that Cool Experts has always done a good job for me. The entire team from the office staff and service manager, to the technicians and installers have always been professional. I’d highly recommend the Cool Experts team.

Gerard was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything he did and found related to my furnace check-up. He was also friendly and very kind to my cat and me. It's a pleasure to have someone like Gerard come to my home, and I look forward to having him back in the spring. Stacey in the office was also very helpful. Professional service all-around!

Phillip Oden with Cool Experts Hearing & Air came out on a weekday evening a couple of hours after my initial call to come do repair work. He quickly identified the problem and addressed the issue so we can have our AC back online.

Cool Experts was responsive and helped guide us with the best decision to make for our situation while also trying to work with our existing warranty that we had on our ac units.

My a/c compressor went out while it was 100 degrees outside. I called Cool Experts and they were able to bring a tech first thing the following morning. Service was top tier, and they were extremely helpful with all my questions. They went above and beyond, and had my a/c running before 10am the next day. Definitely recommending them to all my friends.

Overall Cool Experts did a good job on the installation of our new air conditioner. Price was fair, communication good, and the installers handled the removal of our old unit and installation of the new like pros. I docked them a Star because I was not happy with the preparation and placement of the new pad, even though I stressed my concern about this when I hired them, and they acknowledged it. A follow-up call once the job is complete to make sure the customer is satisfied would be a nice addition to their business's SOPs. I would "consider" hiring them again.

Not only on time but we’ll ahead of time. The problem was determined on his first look and was rectified inside of half an hour. Great service in my book.

Great company. Service tech, David, was awesome. They got there a little later than planned because I was the last call of the day but that’s to be expected in the summer time. The important takeaway is that I called and they fixed my issue same day. Now I am using them for my yearly service.
