This was my first time visiting this barber. Chris was my barber and start to finish he was very professional and respectful. I am very satisfied with my haircut and would definitely visit him whenever I need my fade!

I am absolutely disappointed I did not come here sooner. I was nervous to try out a new hairstyle so I got a fade and Chris was fantastic. I had a lot of special requests and he nailed the hair cut. Wait times can be very long but if you make an appointment it won’t be an issue. 5 stars

Lily was great, nice cut in a timely manner. It did not take too long and no chit-chat. She got right to work with the scissors and did a good job.

Chris is always extremely detailed and thorough with his haircuts. His attention to detail is great. My wife always takes our son to him. Our son only requests Chris now and we’re thankful for his patience plus amazing work. Chris is friendly, easy to talk to, and explains the haircut well. My son always gets compliments at school. Setting my son’s haircut appointment is routine now and it’s been a great experience with Chris. I believe it’s been about half a year or so getting haircuts with Chris at Coolheads. We plan to keep going for sure.

I’ve been going to Cool Heads for a few months now and the service is top-notch. Austyn always takes great care of me and is fantastic at his job. This is by far the best men’s salon in the Castle Hills area.

This is great place to come and relax and leave looking better than ever! Megan was extremely friendly and professional! I was offered a drink while I waited and was greeted as soon as I walked in even though everyone was busy! The experience was great and the cut was amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone!
