Cool heads is a really good salon for men! Love the ambience of the place, cleanliness, ease of getting in via online booking and low waiting times. Complimentary drinks definitely help, not to mention with the Xbox sitting in the waiting area, the wait doesn’t feel bad at all. My go to person is Aliza who is superb! Great conversationalist, understands your hair needs and gets the job done in a quick and efficient manner while being attentive to detail. Only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star is that some of the available options for booking the appointment seems a bit redundant so potentially a brief summary of what the service offers differently to the previous price point might help.

Cool Heads was a delightful respite from work travel and Crystal made me look and feel like a million bucks. Do yourself the favor and pay her and the shop a visit!

The worst place to go. They are students practicing on customers. They ruined my son’s hair He went there twice and they couldn’t fix his cut they litteraly bald his head. Jess was his his cutter.

I’ve been coming to this location since July 2019. I get a complimentary beer while waiting and/or during the haircut – the overall experience is great, everyone seems very attentive all the time. I recommend Eugene, he read my mind on what I was looking for, he understood right away what to do to make me look my best on my first session with him. I can also recommend Joletta, her skills and suggestions are simply amazing, same case with Julius. My recommendation is try it two or three times and if you find the person you click with get the anual membership to save money in the long run.

I have been a regular customer at this location for over 2 years now and a club member for the past ~6 months. Stylist Jyra has been extremely professional and exceptional with her service and styling recommendations; her attention to detail is impressive. Also, it’s super easy to make reservations through the online system and all the stylists/staff are super friendly. Five stars all the way!
