Cool River Car Wash, Richmond TX

I would give this place a zero if I could. They broke my wiper in my brand new car and then tried to deny it. After they reviewed their system for 30 mins they finally realized it was their mistake. As anyone knows, wiper blades come in a set but they said they would only pay for one. I explained to the idiot manager cherry that if they never broke one I wouldn’t be in this situation. She kept arguing with me and only compensated for one. Cherry should be fired because she is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Trash hires Trash though so it makes sense.

In response to owners comment:
when you buy wipers from a dealership they are not sold separately. I even called to notify your staff that Audi is not selling it separately. I can get you connected with them directly if you don’t believe me. But I’m sure you don’t want to do that since you know you are wrong.

I have 5 membership of all my cars from here and all the staff recognize me well, for the past 2 weeks 8 I noticed they started closing before 8 knowing well that they close at 8. Just came here after work at 7: 48 and guess what. They had cones and when ask the kid named “carter” it’s 7: 48 I’m coming from work he replied with “we are closed” I than explained why I’m late and how I have a membership still his reply was frustrating and annoying when said or replied with nothing but “we are closed” again. Some explanation would’ve saved a customer who have been coming here for a while and who encourages his friends and family to come here because of the cleaning equipments they have. Heading my way to Quick Quack.

Great place! Their equipment washes the car real well. I have the platinum membership so I can't comment on the other levels, but I love using this car wash. I've tried others around here, and this place hasn't been beat. I appreciate the towels available for wiping down the car exterior as well as the spray bottle to help clean the car interior. Their vacuum works well. There are a few that are weaker than others, so I try to avoid those if possible. Overall this is the best car wash in this area.

Got the $10 wash and it did a good job. Not crowded at 9AM. The unlimited vacuum was nice but not strong suction.

Great machines and spacious self service car stalls. They have clean towels and spray cleaner for how ever long you want to clean your interior etc. The team here has been very courteous and kind.

I really DONT recommend this car wash. I went to get a car wash and when I exited out, I found out the tailgate spoiler got broken.
After I completed the incident report,
The manager called me after few days and told me we are not responsible for it and he was so RUDE and he doesn’t have any customer service. They just want to make profit and they don’t want to be responsible for any damages they cause.
Very bad customer service and rude manager out there.
HIGH RISK CAR WASH.

Rip off! They jacked the prices up $10 a wash. Thats not a small price increase. Go somewhere else. I definitely am.

This place rock's and has a very good cleaning and drying station after the drive through car wash services. I've always had my car come out very well done, even with lotsa road scars and insect splatters! Excellent machine's and superb quality station with functional vacuums and airgun too. Leaves the car spotless clean and dry, with use of towel for free to use at station. Great values and Great job

On March I visited this car wash I used it one time, never sign membership or gave personal Information or authorization, now I keep seen charges every month for Cool river’s car wash in Richmond, Texas ft. Bend. How do this company just by buying one time a car wash, you sign me up for a membership! I spoke to the manager yesterday and he told me he was refund my money and the bank call me today asking if I get my money back I check my account and I still got charge 20$ where is my money on top of that they don’t answer my phone Shame on this car wash is nice but not worth it

I went there today at 2pm and I see there cones in front of the entrance. 4 customers drive away because of it. Not sure why they did that, won't be going back.

The people are amazing that work there. Much cleaner than the other places I've been.

Excellent service n great car wash sometimes there issues but still it’s worth ur money get my both car wash here
