Soup: ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD!
Salads: very high in freshness and vibrant taste.
Other: breakfast food is great, as well as other dishes and sandwiches.

We went for lunch today, and have only been here 1 other time since the restaurant was sold. Both times for lunch …only a hand full of customers which was a HUGE contrast from a year, year and half ago. (when you could hardly find a seat) My chicken sandwich was riddled with gristle and my fruit salad was soaking in lemon juice- absolutely couldn’t even eat it. Zero customer service too, and not friendly or thankful for us being there.

I ordered an Uber eats scheduled delivery days before and cool greens canceled the order thirty min Before the delivery. Huge inconvenience and no notification.

A dumpster fire of incompetence. They have opted against ever answering the phones again. Always nice to see no line when pulling up after calling numerous times. The new owners have destroyed this place. There are a lot of healthy options in Southlake, find another one,

The food was delicious! We got the California bowl (my favorite), the butternut squash soup (very tasty!), and Chicken Fresca sandwich with chips and salsa which was also good! The watermelon agua Fresca is super refreshing and tasty as well.

We have been regular customers for the past 3 years. We had a bad food experience a couple weeks ago, a sandwich and bowl were horribly salty (the sandwich wasn’t edible). This has happened before, we emailed the store but never received a response. The meal quality has been gradually declining, to the point where we are considering not returning. This would be sad because we love this place.

This place is good for dine in. However they always seem to miss something on take out orders placed online.
No protein after paying extra for the same, asked for light dressing- not what I got. This has happened more than once.

This place as great. My lunch was super fresh and filling. I had the spicy avocado crunchy and butternut soup. I gave it a 4 stars because I want to come back and see if they will keep their consistency. I will be coming back.

An average experience. Sandwich was ok. Iced tea was a little strange. I did have a coupon for a free dessert. The redemption process cause some confusion.

I got the chicken fresca that was deliciously put together! But I just noticed the H20 grow with fruit and water was three days old and my stomach is sort of hurting after drinking it. I also never been here before and grabbed a bag of chips myself I had no idea they put some in the box again my first time going I sincerely apologize and don't mind returning the chips as they haven't been opened or touched but the one time I put them in my bag.

Great salad and bowls when you want a healthier alternative. Nice combos or make your own. They also have infused waters with fresh herbs.

Spicy avocado crunch with added spicy chicken! So freaking dang good! For sure will be coming back!

Paid $21.00 for a CYO salad. They are very selfish with there toppings, and the dressing was watered down with now flavor. I could have gotten a better salad at Chick-fil-A. Won’t go back.

This place is clean. Super friendly staff. The food you can just tell it’s fresh. I had a chicken sandwich and I’m not sure what all was in it but it was delicious! I will most definitely be coming back.
