4Pretty convenient for the location. Just a lot of homeless people hanging around. During the day is good time to go.
Clean spot, the owner comes in frequently to clean up and wipe everything down, even saw him cleaning up the grounds outside once. Quite a bit of machines not working though so try to go on a weekday morning when its not busy. And the area is a little rough. If you can get past that then its a good place to do your laundry.
Clean, clean, clean, clean, clean, clean and clean! I must admit that I was very reluctant to using this laundromat due to its location but I was so pleased to be at a place where the machines worked and actually did their jobs. Usually the dryers will RIP you off.but not here! Hot meant hot, not damp. I was in and out in under an hour. The owner was very friendly and respectful. He deserves a shout out for his customer service. I hate that I did not get his name. No loud music, no cussing, no unsupervised kids running around! Just good business. Recommend this place for sure. And remember: show some respect for the business because for what is given, it is also received.
