I’ve had my account with CTCU for over 3 years, and I can say without a doubt that Morgan goes above and beyond to make sure you and your finances are taken well care of! She loves what she does and it shows!:)

I've been dealing with Morgan and she has been absolutely great and helpful in every way! CTCU has great employees!

I have been banking with them for about three years and the service has been excellent never disappointed. Morgan Bragg has been excellent to work with so has frank. I highly recommend them for banking.

I’ve been with them for nearly 2 years. The workers are real nice and friendly. I never been late. Went back again after I paid my 6 payments it declined. Only reason I could get which they don’t know why, is because another underwriter decided I couldn’t. That is not fair at all.

Friendly and courteous persons work here. I have never been here before but I was treated as if I was the only person in the building that needed their attention. Thank you for caring!

I absolutely Love and appreciate this credit union very very much. I was in the car business for 21 years pulling credit every day helping people get approved on vehicle loans and either starting or /rebuilding their credit …and understanding the huge importance of good credit in this world, I myself also was in a position many years ago where I needed to establish credit and needed someone to help me and give me a chance, As I really didn’t have any credit. I was referred to this credit union by a very good friend of many years who actually worked there and they gave me a chance! I started out with small personal loans, and then in 2017 they stepped out on a limb and really gave me a chance to build credit and financed me a $14,000 car. I paid on that car like clockwork for four years and in the process also paid off small personal loans, things like that. Well it tremendously pushed my credit up. And now today 7 years later, After several things financed with them- I was able to just buy a brand new 2023 TAHOE PREMIUM 4X4 dream ride! The people at Cooperative Teachers credit union are extremely wonderful to deal with Haley Green was my loan officer she is incredible and such a pleasure to deal with and all the crew there I wouldn’t go to another bank for the rest of my time of doing business they definitely have me as a lifelong credit union member and I’m very grateful for them 10 star review they helped build my dreams come true.

Online account has been locked for since Friday. I’ve been calling since Friday morning, no one has answered the phone.

Customer service is pretty good but they keep locking my card for charges that I don't even see on my account online. Most recently they told me I had a suspicious $300 charge on my card but I literally don't, it's not even pending or anything. This is the second time this has happened within the past couple of months, first time it was over $5 from some jewelry place I have never shopped at that wasn't on my statement at all. It feels like they are fishing for info about my purchases at this point. I seriously think it's a scam every time I get a call from them and what am I supposed to think when it's a random number calling me about purchases I didn't make. But then I call the actual bank and it always turns out they did lock my card and that is their fraud detection number. Confused as to why they partner with this fraud detection company that keeps sending them false alerts. The bank itself is fine but idk I might find somewhere different, it's inconvenient to have to spend my time explaining my own bank statements. It's also screwed up autopay on multiple bills I had due. Complete waste of my time and it always seems to happen at the least convenient moment, like when I'm shopping for groceries just post-move or trying to make plans to attend a funeral in a different state. I'm literally just trying to live my life

Mrs Ford was awesome in responding and taking care of my transfer to refinance my other vehicle with Cooperative Teachers Credit Union. She was precise and timely as well as she knew what I wanted. The refinance was Awesoome!

Worst customer service ever. Do not do business here. They do not value loyal members at all.

This was the most positive experience I’ve had at a banking institution. They we so considerate, helpful and professional. Parker wasn’t put off at all with all my questions, and as a result of his concern for my needs, I’m closing our accounts at another bank and only doing business with CTCU. I would give them 10 gold stars and a 100 rating if I could. They are the absolute best!

My review is for the app. You finally made it better, lots of great updates that finally work, but can you please fix the atm locations? I drove to 3 of your listed atm locations and none exist.

Online system leaves a lot to be desired, could not get an email response from customer service, probably going to be looking for a new place to bank

I moved to Florida in March 2021 and CTCU Was prompt on giving me a personal loan online and they deserve an A+ on there service.

I haven't had an issue with this branch yet.its been the best bank! Whenever I have a question, they're so quick to find an answer. I'm so thankful for you.
