Am a buyer and I bought a car at this yard and I did not make it on time to make payment and the car went on relist and they charge me for relist fee and lucky me they brought the same car back to sell it again and I win the bid and I make the payment for the car which they have already charge me $960 for relist fee for the same car I have already make payment, so I called the yard wanted to speak with the manager name Terrence Tyler and he does not want to speak with me about the fee that’s very unprofessional and he’s mean too, so this yard charging me for $960 for relist fee and I have made Payment for the same car they charging me
I will never ever buy a car at this yard in my life again very mean managers Terrence and his assistant Nathaniel

The people at Copart are salt of the Earth. On a trip to retrieve personal effects from a vehicle in their lot, the Copart personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. If you or your family are in a tough situation involving Copart, the people at Copart will be part of the solution.

Worst experience ever, this place is very unorganized, the employees are very unfriendly I got there to pick up a car and it took them six and half hours to load me, not buying here any more!

Charged extra fees that were not supposed to be in the total price of vehicle.bought a $1,200 vehicle and ended up with over $400 in buyer fees. THAT'S CRAZY!

Buyer Beware. Cars sold by Copart have a "Start and Drive" guarantee. That means that when they received the vehicle, they tested that the engine started and the vehicle drove 5 feet forward and 5 feet back. That's it. There can be a lot wrong with a vehicle that passes that test but if you get lucky, you can get a deal

Came to this one from okc & i will say theyre friendly and nice but getting the car to you is hassle. I was the first one and still had to wait a good 20 minutes for it.

They need to hire more people and for sure lots more forklift drivers to take out these cars. I spent 4 hours waiting for 1 miserable car, i ended up leaving it was already 6p and was told i had 10 ahead of me, AND THEY STILL HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME A STORAGE FEE. The day before i was there for 2 hours, staff just sits around when theres a line, some are friendly.

The woman who help my father and I was very nice and patient with us since it was our first time visiting the lot. Make sure you have a member number before going.

I see a lot of these reviews are about things they don’t understand with copart in general - not this location. So no, an “On Approval” sale doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed to win, and yes vehicles with minimum bids require.minimum bids aka they have a reserve. Anyways, bought a four wheeler at Copart Austin as a “Pure Sale” auction - process could not have been more convenient and quick. Pay online, show up and sign your title and get loaded. The people are great and very nice at the counter and the forklift (front end loader) operators are extremely skilled. Dude set my new quad in the bed of my fully loaded 2014 Cummins perfectly-no issues. This place is great

It was fast.but copart needs to stop labeling cars and motorcycles got key when they dont.the should give some type of discount for that. Because that's false advertisement.this is my second one that clearly said it had keys. And guess what no keys.n

Be skeptical - i had them box up my belongings since i could not drive to pick them up.they delivered a box of my things but, i noticed it was missing several items.a couple which were significant.i called and they said they'd re-check the vehicle for any more items.a couple days later i received 2 MORE BOXES of stuff! What in the actual heck? !? ! If i hadn't had called to ask my items i suppose they would have just been tossed? Or do they go to all the employees? I was taken care of by a sweetheart of a lady the second time, but that doesn't excuse her employees initial actions.someone should be fired?

ATTENTION: : All drivers or customers picking vehicles up. Yard closes at 4: 30 If not there by 4: 30 You will not get loaded. Office closes at 5: 00 pm
.
. Got my paper work at 3: 30 was loaded by 4: 30.picked up one car.much better then last year! Had to wait 4hours to get one car loaded on my trailer.pretty big copart.i do appreciate the effort to get the drivers in and out.they also increased the amount of people they have working the counter inside. Hope other drivers will have the same experience as me.waiting sucks especially with the ELD MANDATE all coparts /iaai should follow the quick in/out process. Ever minute counts when running e-logs.

Copart needs to change their policies ASAP.
It's very frustrating for their customers to win an auction multiple times and not be able to receive the vehicle, and see the same vehicle going to the next week auction, again and again.
If the seller didn't accept the bid, is Copart obligation to have the seller informing what minimum bid they want, and let it very clear on their website, so we customers, don't need to waste our time and money trying to bid on vehicles that are actually not for sale.
