I Absolutely recommend the dental office.
They listened to what I had to say and my all my concerns then explained everything in detail throughout the process!

Had a crown come off got me in a very short time and worked to get back in to complete the procedure. S as sways friendly and always punctual. Great staff

I love Dr. Crawford and Lisa and all the staff at Copeland Creek Dental! They have taken care of my smile for awhile now and I can't say enough good things about them. Everybody is friendly, they care about you and want you to be comfortable and relaxed (as you can be for where you are). I hope they're there for as long as I have teeth!?

Short wait. Fast thorough and professional teeth cleaning. A little pricey for somebody on social security.

My new hygienist had HUGE shoes to fill but she did not disappoint! As always I highly recommend Copeland Creek.

I went to get a cap on my tooth and was told what out of the pocket it would cost me with my insurance, I asked 2 additional times before the procedure. After my visit about 2 weeks later I received a bill for an additional fee hundred dollars, I called to ask why and was told the insurance didn’t pay what they thought it would. I am so sorry but if you deal with major insurance companies all year long on a consistent basis you know what they pay and what they don’t. Copeland is more concerned about a few dollars then getting new clientele!

The staff and Dr Crawford was fantastic, they took their time and lessened to my needs, I think one of the best experiences with a dentist by far.

Dr Kirby was awesome and explaining everything to me the office staff is wonderful very polite I will refer more people to this dentistry office

We chose Copeland Creek Dental when we moved to Tyler in 2018. They are THE BEST! Truly professional from the front desk right up through the ranks to the doctors. Caring and kind and personable. Extremely great dental care and treatment with the latest in technology and continuing education.

The doctor, had good advice, but when I ask if they took my insurance, the receptionist said, no we don’t take that insurance. That will be $121 please.
I’m confused, why would a dental organization not take the insurance. Do you think you are too good, or you would rather lose patients because of your
attitude. I have been coming to your dental operation for about 10 years, but you can bet, I
will not be back.

Once Dr Kirby started my procedure, he realized the damage wasn’t as severe as X-rays indicated. He quickly adjusted the treatment plan and saved me both time and money. Thanks!

The doctors and office personnel at Copeland Creek Dental are absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, the office personnel, dental hygienists, and Dr. Kirby are very welcoming and make the patient feel very special and comfortable. They are very thorough in their examinations and treatment plans which ensures me that I am getting the best possible dental treatment needed. I have recommended Dr. Kirby at Copeland Creek Dental to all of my colleagues at my university.

I only saw the hygienist today, and she is amazing. Gentle but thorough. Always polite and helpful.
