Copper Hill Apartments, Bedford TX

Been here over a month now and no major issues here. My apartment is very spacious, it’s very quiet. The girls in the office are always willing to help with the few times I’ve called about things. Only downfall is the way the water is set up here, you pay for water and gas due to them having a boiler system instead of the hot water heaters. Only pro to that is the hot water will never go cold on you. It’s a tad pricey rent and fee wise but to have a peace of mind with where you are living overrides that small issue. I would recommend this apartment to people that are looking. Plus they are always doing something for the community here.

UPDATE AFTER BEING HERE 3 MONTHS.
The office staff are very nice. No major issues just dont feel this apartment is my home. The rent is step but knew that signing the lease. It is A LOT OF FEES. I pay $180 in extra fees outside of the parking I pay for. The fees are crazy and not really spoke on when you are signing the lease. In total from fees just for trash I pay $39 which is beyond crazy to me. They have some new rules they put out which is fine because they don't effect me, but crazy to know we are paying so much and you basically told you can't do this. AGAIN WHICH IS FINE. I really wanted to love this place so much because they are nice but price wise no thank you. The maintaince team is AMAZING. They are very quick and friendly. Just the rent+fees are insane. My actual sewer charge was higher than the actual amount of my water bill which is crazy as heck. Now that rent is going down my same floor plan has dropped beyond what I am paying. Wish this was a place I could stay for awhile but will not be returning after this lease is up. AGAIN THE OFFICE IS NICE JUST NOT THE BEST FIT ONCE FULLY MOVED IN AND THINGS GET TO ROLLING IN.

When I moved in last year it seemed nice. The area is very quiet but the apartments are really small. I was at home yesterday and hear a knock at my door before I could answer the office person Karin was sticking her key in to turn my lock and enter without any type of notice…. This is not okay. I’m glad I had both locks secure.

One of the worst complexes in HEB.constantly harassed by the management and because theyre too busy harrassing people, they dont fix anything that’s broken.they do a monthly “walk through” to look for issues with the buildings but only look for things to harrass tenants over.there’s numerous water leaks in the complex where theres slimy water thats been leaking since i moved in. The smell of propane or some other gas is noticeable by the public laundry room, a couple chimneys fell off the roofs 3-4 days ago and instead of cleaning it up, they put caution tape around them.corporate which is Luma corp, doesn’t ever answer their phone and wont return the several voicemails that were left.instead they call the management to harass you more.definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone looking for decent place to live.i wish i would’ve talked with other tenants before i moved in because i would have found somewhere else.several tenants ive talked with so far have all said how miserable they are living here since the new management.

I cant say anything about the apartments themselves but was wanting to find out more information. They responded to my email quickly but were not helpful in answering any of my questions. I had specific questions that they responded to by copying and pasting their initial email referring me to the floor plan section of the website. Unfortunately the website didn’t answer my question which I why I was emailing. In my experience, if it’s difficult to find out info about the apartment, it’s difficult to live there as well.

Where do I start. Kieran in the office has been nothing but fabulous. She was so accommodating from the minute I walked in the office door. Not living in an apartment for some 40 years, I had prepared myself for noise.not the case. This is a very quiet community. I just put in my first work order and It didn't even take an hour before I had a knock at the door from "Ron" and my repair is now complete. Unbelievable! All of the staff here is just so nice and accommodating. You can tell they actually enjoy working here which is very refreshing to find these days. Thank you to all the staff that I have met so far (Kieran, Joel, Ron, and Eric). Job well done and you have made me feel very welcome in my new home.

Scum bags kept my deposit! Denied me for something that I was told wouldn’t show up on my background smh but fortunately I was able to move in to a better apartment complex and larger floor plan! Smh I wouldn’t recommend these apartments they are greedy scums!

I decided to hold out on my review until I lived here long enough to give a fair one. It's a nice place to stay management is very professional. Maintenance is awesome. Whenever I put in a work order It's handled promptly.neighbors with pets always clean up behind them after walks.and the management take pride in keeping the property beautiful.the only complaint that I have is that the tenants refuse to abide by the pool rules which leads to the pool being close.so not fair to the tenants who do.other than this It's a wonderful place to stay?

Maintenance man needs a raise! He is amazing! I’ve had to call 2 times, once for a flood and once for being locked out and he came within literally 2 minutes! Love him! Extremely kind and helpful!
