The entire staff at Copperas Cove Dentist are great! Janelle and Courtney are top notch! Janelle worked with me on scheduling and it took several phone calls and not once did she ever bat an eye or make me feel like an inconvenience. Courtney took the time to explain procedures, cost, as well as multiple options. She gave me hope where I didn’t have any at all. I’m beyond grateful for those two ladies!

The dental hygienist was excellent. She explained everything she was doing in detail and was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. She was always open to questions and answered everything with care and knowledge. The doctor came in after my teeth cleaning and was another great people person with professionalism. I waited for 3 or so months for my appointment and this team
is truly worth the wait.

Wow. What service. I did not realize how much my dental health had declined. Dr Smith and the entire team at Copperas Cove Dentist helped me from new patient to having crown work done. I was impressed with the professionalism and speed of service. I can’t thank them enough.

I have a huge fear of Dentists and i needed an appointment, due to some dental pain. I called yesterday and got in today, due to a cancelation. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. I had a dental insurance problem, but they were willing to work with me, to get me pain free.the amount wasnt uber crazy either.
I knew i needed some drilling and im very scared of needles, but Dr. Smith was very gentle and i have to say, that I have never had such a pleasant experience at a Dentist office.
If you are like me, scared to the max of seeing a dentist, i can only recommend this office.i also need to admit, that I cant wait to go back.weird, i know.me scared to death of a dentist, want to go back.crazy.

It had been a long time since I been to the dentist. Have a bad tartar issue where I was getting cleanings every 3 to 4 months. The hygienist was very sweet and professional, usually I be so terrified from start to finish. But she was so nice and calm i relaxed and felt myself dosing off to sleep. NEVER had that happened during these deep cleaning sessions. Greatest experience EVER. Thanks Cove Dental.
