They did great on the invites! They offered great opinions on different card stock and got it done in a timely manner.
Took 3 days to get 1000 copies on plane paper not even in color, just black and white lol

This print shop always provides quality prints in a timely manor. Large order or small order, always willing to work with the customer on what I need.
Copy Dr is absolutely AMAZING! Been using them for the last 5 years for our office marketing materials. The entire staff is always so helpful and courteous. I’ve had to have a lot of stuff printed last minute and somehow they are always able to make it happen! Will continue to use and always recommend!
Not a tech savvy person and accidentally ordered hundreds, instead of a few, copies of a one page letter from their website. They didn't charge for the hundreds I hadn't wanted me and had my copies ready quickly.
Unsure if they are short staffed but too many mistakes and had to visit their store several different times after being told it was ready but when I got there it was not. Quality and organization is everything and it is something the friendswood location lacks.
I had a meeting that was changed last minute and I needed presentations printed in a hurry. I called first thing in the morning was told that its no problem but there is an additional charge for "rushed service. " I agreed and sent an email with a copy of my presentation attached. When I went to pick them up 2 hours later they did not have a record of me sending them the presentation. I showed them the copy of my delivered email but by this time it was too late.
Shame on me for not confirming that they received the email. I will not be using this copy shop in the future as I can not count on them. If you choose to use them make sure to give yourself extra time to insure that they actually do the work.
