CorCareTx: Brian Eades, MD, FACC

Doctor Eades has great bedside manners and comes across as friendly caregiver who works with you in setting up care. He is very easy to work with and wants to offer you every possible care/test. Unfortunately, I cannot speak the same for the rest of the staff at CorCareTx as they can be very unresponsive. They fail to provide proper instructions on how to use equipment. I have been misinformed on more than one occasions on how to use certain tests/monitors and that has wasted considerable time and efforts. They are also not very transparent in sharing your own test results as I have been given a chase for last 2 weeks and still no way to access a copy of my own results. In this day and age, where most practices upload results in patient portal almost immediately and are generally very easy to communicate with, the staff at CorCare leaves a lot to be desired and needs to seriously up their game!

****WARNING****
I’m a current patient of Dr. Eades and went into the office today to drop duplicate documents off to Karen Bazar who was unable to locate it in my chart or the portal. Right prior to going I received results on a heart CT showing stenosis/blockage. I explained this to her and was told that he was not there and would not be back until Sunday. I asked if my surgery could be moved up due to this new information. I was shocked by her demeanor and response telling me how he has office clinic and they would not move it up because he doesn’t do that. That their office doesn’t work like that. That I could call the hospital myself and see if they would change it but she would not. That i could go to the hospital and see the on call dr because he would not go when he’s not on call or not his operation time. She raised her voice and rudely said what did i want her to do there was nothing she could do. I said I was hoping they would help me. Ultimately I left the office with no resolution after being yelled and berated by both office staff. Dr. Eades is a very caring, knowledgeable, empathetic Dr.but his office staff is the exact opposite. Hopefully i don’t have a stroke or heart attack while I wait for Karen to determine what day would be the least inconvenience for her to schedule an emergency surgery.

Dr. Eades is just phenomenal! Patient, caring, thorough, excellent bedside manner, speaks in layman's terms, the whole package! What a joy having a physician that exceeds all expectations especially when it comes to the heart!

Very little wait time. Staff was great! Dr always spend time to make sure you understand and will take time to answer questions.

Dr Eades is thorough and explains your issue in great detail. VERY short wait time in the waiting room. Dr Eades is personal, friendly and very easy to talk to!

Dr. Eades took time to explain situation in detail that was easy to understand as well as procedure needed to resolve issue. I would greatly recommend Dr. Eades and staff.

Knowledgeable, caring, willing to spend all the time you need to understand what is happening. Not sure I've ever given a doctor five stars, but he deserves it.

My first time meeting Dr Eades, very professional and thoroughly explained what is the plan of care, what to expect with the tests, etc. The office staff was very courteous and helpful.

Dr. Eades cuts to the chase and pinpoints what he might recommend. Follows thru and is complete with a remarkable bed side manner so to say.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Eades and I'm glad she did. The office staff was friendly, the office itself was immaculately clean and I was happy to see that they even had seating that accommodated larger sized people. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Eades was easy to talk to, took his time explaining my test results as well as what my upcoming stress test would involve - all in a way that made sense. I liked his professionalism but above all else I liked his friendliness and his bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a cardiologist!

Dr Eades is an excellent doctor. I’ve been with other cardiologist but no one like Dr. Eades. He takes the time to explain to me everything with time and understanding. Very respectful kind good doctor.

I went to Dr. Eades for a second opinion. He was kind and caring and compassionate. He really spent a lot of time explaining what was going on with me and how we can make my quality of life better. I am so impressed by him and his office. Thank you Dr Eades for wanting to help me. I am a 39 year old mom and I didn’t want this diagnosis to hinder me from living my life as I want and need to. I’m relieved and ready for this next chapter.

I love Dr. Eades! He is great at explaining all the different types of cholesterol, so I can understand! He takes time to listen to my concerns, instead of rushing to get to the next patient.

Exceptional in every regard. Dr. Eades instilled a high level of trust and confidence towards his knowledge and competency. Great sense of humor as well. Really put me at ease.

Selected this doctor's office for a second opinion regarding procedures that another cardiologist was doing I spoke with Dr Brian eads and he was a very helpful I'll explain everything in detail explain that the doctor that I currently had was not taking care of my best interest and that I should set up some appointments and procedures be done in his office again very helpful very pleasant very understanding and I will continue to go to this cardiologist for any future needs thank you.

Dr. Eades was really kind and I appreciated him having me look at the lap work with him so he made sure I understood it. He spoke in terms that I understood and made me feel comfortable. If you have to get lab work done - I believe this is completely separate from his practice but in the same building, I will say the nurses there were extremely rude.

Dr. Eads made me feel welcomed from the get go. I felt like someone was truly interested in my issues! I would highly recommend him extremely courteous an professional.what a Dr.should be!

Dr. Eades is really good at his job, he listens to you and explains the plan moving forward. Nice man, when it comes to taking care of your heart, he's the guy. I am comfortable with his explanation of the issue and his plan moving forward.
