This was the best Yoga Sculpt class I had ever taken and it was because of our instructor Sophia P.
Her energy was off the charts, super positive attitude, and the hour long session flew by! 5 stars all the way because of Sophia! I will definitely be coming back to see her.

In general this is a great studio with convenient parking. I like to take the hot yoga classes and the last two times the heat wasn't working. They kept the class on the schedule instead of canceling so we could go to one of the other studios. I would call before trying an HPF class.

Check out Arvin's yoga sculpt class Thursdays at 3: 00pm and his C2 on Tuesdays at 1130. He is my favorite sculpt instructor I have been to- awesome playlists, challenging workouts, and great energy. Each month he does full body, but with a different muscle focus (ie this month it is bicep and chest) and he builds on the workout each week throughout the month, so it doesn't feel repetitive. You are going to get an intense, full body workout and get different muscle focuses each month. His c2 classes are challenging, but he gives success options, so it is assessible for everybody. His music is always great. He clearly puts a lot of thought into his classes.

Customer service is horrible. The attitudes of the front desk staff were all smiles when I walked in. Then I asked about the free week and Immediately their attitudes were nonchalant. I do not recommend

Corepower has the BEST customer service by far of all the gym/class memberships I’ve had. They don’t hassle you if you need to cancel your membership or charge you for another 30 days if you cancel right before your next charge. Not to mention the classes and instructors are great! I always look forward to my workouts with them.
