Cornell Midtown, Dallas TX

I toured Cornell recently and I am hoping to apply soon. Anthony was very polite and was able to answer all my questions! He made sure I left with all the info I needed.

I came in as a potential resident for a tour today 1/30/24 and was originally assisted by Anthony. He mentioned he was only 2 weeks into the job so a few of the concerns I brought up he needed insight from the other leasing agent, Constance. My main concern as a women is safety and after seeing previous reviews from a few months back on this property it seemed to have issues with the parking garage gate and car break-ins. Constance stepped in with an aggressive condescending attitude saying that those reviews weren’t true and not to believe what old reviews say. My next concern was pest control as I’ve seen from another review, appears to also be an issue at this property. The manager stepped in and brushed off both the pest control issue AND the gate problems like it was nothing. Needless to say, I will definitely NOT be leasing at this property if the staff is already this nonchalant and condescending when issues are brought to their attention; I can only imagine being a resident here. For this to be considered “luxury apartments” the staff doesn’t match the criteria. Completely unprofessional. BEWARE. Save yourself the hassle, Do not lease here!

We enjoyed our stay here. This apartment complex is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. They have treated us like family. Always available to answer any questions or concerns and respond promptly to our maintenance requests. The apartment itself is spacious and clean and has elegant kitchen and bathroom features. Awesome pool, a nice gym, and a beautiful clubhouse with air hockey and a pool table. The location is also great. US Post Office, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and the Galleria Mall are right at the corner with easy access to the major Dallas highways. I also feel safe and secure in this community and would highly recommend living here to my friends and family.

This apartment complex is safe and secure, affordable, and conveniently located off of HWY 635

Incredibly quick friendly help with large door back on its track after a my clumsy moment it knocked it off.

It was my first maintenance request, I to Constance what was wrong, she put in a work order for me on Saturday and first thing in the morning maintenance was there!

Amazing apartments to live in! Hallways are always clean! Smelling like a brand new shopping mall, maintenance get things done in same day and great customer service, always attentive to your needs. The apartments are always in good shape, I’d definitely live here!

Ever since the new apartments, Hazel, have opened, their tenants that live on our side of the building leave their dogs in the little yard and they bark & cry so much. It’s currently 11: 30 pm. I have work the next day and a dog has been crying & barking for the last 15 minutes. Avoid getting a unit that shares the side with Hazel unless you wanna hear crying & barking dogs because of the inconsiderate neighbors. This has been going on for at least a month.

Alarms went off for 30+min straight last night even after having tested all through out the day for this to have happed

Got the worst customer service experience from the African American lady in the leasing office. Came for a visit/tour but will definitely not lease from this apartment with this kind of service.

I recently moved into these apartment complexes and I wanted to express how great my experience has been with the leasing office, particularly with Vanessa. She has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process.

However, I do have concerns regarding the upkeep of the apartment complex. I believe it is important for all areas of the complex especially the hallways to be regularly cleaned, vacuumed, and have a pleasant smell at all times. To ensure a clean and enjoyable environment for all residents.

Another issue I have noticed is with the garage gates. When they are broken, it would be helpful if the leasing office could promptly notify residents and assure us that the issue will be taken care of. If the gates are regularly experiencing problems, it would be beneficial for this information to be effectively communicated to residents as well.

I genuinely hope that these concerns, that have been shared by other residents, will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Okay my first review I was in my feelings, but today I’m much better. These apartments aren’t perfect, but if they were, it would be called “Heaven”. With that being said, yeah the garage doesn’t work occasionally and yeah they charge stupid fees for trash services, but the amount of support this apartment complex gives me to promote my business is like no other! I truly appreciate them and living really isn’t bad. Instead of trusting everyone else’s reviews, I’d say just come see for yourself and you just might find out this is truly the apartments for you.

My experience at Cornell was great. The only thing that could improve is that when I first entered the leasing office, I was not acknowledged at all by the leasing agent who was with another potential resident. However, as soon as leasing agent, Cendy, was returning from giving a tour, she recognized that I had been sitting there waiting. Cendy was very helpful. I hope that I end up leasing there when I am ready to move.

being kept closed at night but please now focus on ensuring all doors have key car access many stolen packages from people wandering into

Please keep doing well negative stars are a bad impact but hope for a better outcome

Garage Doors Always open Leaving very little parking for Residents also Unsafe no Security on Premises either

Work orders dont get completed had someone show up and they never came back to fix the issue, once again new people in the office

Smelly hallways and the bottom floors in the garage starting to smell due to the “dog park_”
