Both maintenance and the reception area are useless, they never have time and it is always the worst treatment

I’ve been living at Cornerstone Ranch for four years, The staff is wonderful, Catherine the Property manager is very nice I like that she’s not untouchable if you have a problem you need to talk to her she is there for you, and maintenance they are very professional and friendly. I also like that some of the employees also live on the property. Cornerstone Ranch is a great place to live.

They were very polite and quick and put stuff back where they moved it. The maintenance responds very quickly and are quick to get things fixed around here.

The maintenance team is top tier here. I’ve been her for almost 2.5 years and staying another year AT LEAST. They’re very nice and accommodating and respond as soon as they’re able depending on the severity of the issue. Very little turnover if any, same team and same service. Great guys!

It's been a month since the door of the mailbox has broken down and they haven't fixed it. It's good complexes but they take a long time to fix something

Not safe, several break in reported within a month.
Management is not taking any initiative

Living in cornerstone almost 2 years. I can say here is quiet and safe place and good neigbourhood.

I just moved here recently and have enjoyed my time at this complex. Maintenance has been very speedy with requests and I haven’t had any problems with neighbors or staff so far! I hope my time here continues to go this well!

I've been living at Cornestone Ranch for 3 years. I must say that the first year the Assistant to the Management was a person who tried as much as possible to make the permanence an absolute agony but after she is not all change. People who work do so with great respect and speed, although the pandemic has delayed some repairs. However, it is a quiet place, nothing bad has ever happened to me like theft or damage to my vehicle. We have never had a problem with any other tenant. Recently, much more control has been seen in the repairs of the entrance doors to the complex and the more neat and clean common areas. The gardens have also improved a lot. It is not easy because it is a large community. I would recommend it to live and we are always the people who improve the places, we can all collaborate in maintaining the condominium as well as possible.
