The service is excellent, they’re very professional and kind, and it’s obvious that they really do care about our pets. Our family cat, Toqui, was extremely sick and we were feeling pretty hopeless about it. Luckily, Dr. Case helped us through it all, and ultimately saved Toqui. The staff here is very helpful, understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. Undoubtedly, your pet is in good hands here!

Unfortunately I've never been here but after trying to make an appointment with them the young lady who answered was rude you can tell in her tone of voice she didnt care.kinda sucks i would love to have her job.

Staff are nice, prices are excellent, and the doctor is wonderful. He was highly recommended. He did a great job with our pup. Hope to take our other pups there when it's needed.

Only had the one visit here so far to get my boy and girl puppies neutered/spayed, but the vet and assistant were professional and informative. Good office service too.

We have taken all of our dogs here for years. They have pretty limited hours if you need to go after work or on the weekends, but we have had such good experiences with the staff and the veterinarian that we can live with it. The vet is honest about treatment options even if it involves a procedure that you would have to seek out elsewhere. Never really had to wait for scheduled appointments and everyone there is helpful.

My daughter recommended them to me. The staff is very friendly and caring. The vet Roger Freund is very caring and very good at his job. The prices is very affordable. I will be going there from now on.

Dr. Freund and his staff are friendly, professional and take care of their human clients as well as their furry kids.

We drive from the Far East side just to come here and have our pup seen by Dr. Freund. Always professional, his diagnosis always seek to the correct and the staff is great as well!

They are very caring and so concerned for your pet. We had to put our dog down due to kidney and liver failure but they were very compassionate.

I was introduced to this clinic by my Father. His fur-babies also go to this clinic. The Dr.and staff here really care about the wellbeing of the animals and there are no high pressure sales pitches. It really affordable and I really like bringing my little one here.

They were nice here, but seemed too busy to answer my questions. Never even caught a glance of the vet. I brought my pet for an exam and shots. No one told me how the exam went at all. I assume my animal is well then. I would come back here though because the prices are good and the staff is freindly.

They have my dogs they're rabies shots that will last for 3 years and they're cheaper than most 1 year rabies shots

Very good experience here at this vet clinic. Been going here for my furbabies since the beginning and my family also take their pets here as well. Recently I've been dealing with the tedious process of getting the mounds of paperwork ready for our PCS move to Hawaii and the ladies here went above and beyond for helping me get past vaccination records. Dr. Freund is one of the nicest people you could meet and makes your babies feel comfortable.

First visit, very helpful! Very professional. I don't live there but when I visit family there again, if needed, I would use their services again.

I drive clear across town to have my Labrador seen by this Vet and his staff, good care, good service and outstanding value.
