This place is so awful! How is this place still open? It needs to be close down they will give you false information. My mother in law went in there came out worse they didn’t take care of her they didn’t move her. She lost so much weight didn’t look like herself! Do not put anyone in this place and if you have someone here take them out as soon as possible.

This place DOES NOT deserve 1 star at all. My family member was neglected, forced to do things on her own that she should not have been doing and never received proper care or any therapy to help her. I had heard absolute horror stories about this place but this is where her insurance sent her. She is worse off now than she was when she was put in there. If you care about your loved ones, do not place them at this facility.

Believe every bad review this facility has received. This nursing home facility does not even deserve ONE star! My family member had been there for about a month and had not received a shower until my mother and I drove from Oklahoma City to give him one due to his conditions. My grandpa had been on Interim Hospice in Pampa suffering for quite a while due to a “years of experience Hospice nurse” aka the current DON Kory Brown. Mrs. Brown had stated that my actively dying grandpa was “over medicated. ” However, walked into his room and asked my mother and I if he was active. Mrs. Brown then stepped out of his room there at the facility and made a phone call to the RN Hospice nurse of Interim that had stated previous of our visit over the phone to my mother that my non responsive grandpa talked to her and stated that she woke him up and he had told her that “He was fine! ”, Jonna Jones. Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Jones failed to communicate with the family that they were decreasing his medication because they believed that he was “over medicated” and wanted to detox him of certain medications and start over! Mrs. Brown then had the audacity to pull my mother, her stepsister and I into a room and talk very unprofessionally and disrespectfully to a grieving family. The only good thing about this facility is that they have two of the BEST nurses that work day shift and actually love their job and the patients that live there. However, -10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACULTY very unprofessional, dirty, lack of communication with family and obviously not educated enough. If I was recommend a hospice please for the sake of your loved one go with Gentiva Hospice out of Amarillo!
