The property manager waives your deposit if you leave him a 5 star review.dont trust those they are paid for.
If I could provide a zero star I would.
Very quick to threaten you and charge you
but I have been waiting for over 6 months for repairs that should of been done before moving in.
Save yourself the frustration and keep looking elsewhere

I called to get information and the man who answered was extremely rude. Sounded like he was taking out his frustrations on me. I was not surprise to read all the bad reviews on here. I should have done my research before calling them up!

Very disappointed with Freddy Klayel. He is not very dependable nor is his maintenance staff. I have been trying to get some issues fixed in my unit since I moved in and now my lease is almost over. Of course, our issues were never corrected but we did get an increase on our rent which was a nice surprise. Thank you Freddy!

They need to get it together. Having a lot of issues with property manager, Freddy. I am being told I cannot speak to anyone else about my concerns which I find this very strange.

Thank you to Coronado spring, I want to thank our apartment manager Freddy and maintenance for always being there for the tenets. Coronado spring is definitely an upgrade from my last apartments. Very spacious and updated. The rooms and closets are huge. Walk in laundry. And always clean outside! Highly recommend! Very satisfy tenet!

We have been living in these apartments for almost a year now. We love the place, everything is close to the apartments, management is quick to answer any concerns you might have, the community is clean, and overall we haven’t had any issues. Love the place

My family and I have lived here for a year and we love it! The apartments are beautiful, spacious and modern. The location is great and hidden. Management and maintenance are kind and give great service. Highly recommended

I am 6 months old and nothing has been fixed for me that will be ready when I rent the apartment.a little sad about this

I have 6 months waiting for them to fix the unfinished deals that where mossong since i moved in. A bit sad about that

I have nothing good to say about this place. Manager or owner do not have their best interest in heart. They don't care about their tenants. They are there to make sure they get paid and that is all
