4Do not patronize this business. This is establishment is in Jacksonville Florida at the Town Center location. For several days leading up to this holiday season in 2022 I tried to place a to-go order. I left two messages and did not get a call back and when I called back on the third day I was told orders couldn’t be placed prior to Christmas to call back before 12: 30 on Christmas Day. I also asked the employee who answered the phone will I be able to place an order on Christmas and she stated yes, they have plenty. On Christmas day I call at 12: 22 and I was told I can’t place a to go order. I told them that I called the previous day and I had left messages and all they could say was sorry. This is bad business. Neither the employee or a manager that I asked to speak to could help. I wish I could give less than 1 star for this business.
I had a dinner twice in Detroit branch of this restaurant chain. But it was very disappointing and never deserve the money you paid. It was the waste of money for me. Our table was not served well, tried only a few types of meat (the servers frequently skipped our table, to be honest, it was so annoying). The soup was very cold. What's more the service was too slow. Actually, I will not go to this restaurant again. Till now, I always suggested this place to my friends. I invited my colleagues who are very special guests for me and I felt too bad in front of them when I saw the bad service. Now, my evaluation about this restaurant is totally negative.
Besides, I sent a couple of e-mails to the restaurant and no one has been interested in so far. Therefore, I never recommend this restaurant to anyone else. It is literally low quality and low profile restaurant.
Found out 24 hrs before my reservation thst parties 8 or more can only have 1 check. Its not listed anywhere in writing. I would have never made reservations at the location had thst been listed in the reservation policy. The managers only option was to cancel my reservation so i did! Next time ill make reservations for 6 and then 7 so i can get 13 seperate checks vs the 2 checks that I asked for for my reservation of 13. They me as customer and my family and friends too.
I have visited their restaurants before, but after numerous attemps of leaving messages and emails about a problematic gift card, I can only say that they don't care anything about customer service. I am trying to go to one of their places and spend more money than the value of the gift card and they have not returned my emails or my messages. I am very disappointed. After so many attempts, by varios methods, one can ony conclude that they don't care. When that happens in any company, it is best to conclude that they don't want our patronage. There is no option to give a negative star, so as an extreme courtesy, I shall leave 1 star in the hopes that this type of action or lack there of, should not be tolerated by any company.
