There were so many mistakes made by this funeral home. One man in charge was actually rude. It was a real disappointment. I wish we had gone somewhere else.

The director Debra was so helpful she explained everything I needed to know she took the time to explain everything. I never felt rushed to make a decision. They did a great service for my husband.

At first the service was great. They asked us questions about our preferences. At the service they did not follow through with most of our requests which would have been easy to do. It was unprofessional and extremely unorganized. I do not recommend this funeral home to anyone.

Wonderful people and willing to help in any way they can. They gave us a beautiful funeral and I would recommend them to anybody

The staff was amazing thanks to Sandra for all your hard work. Thanks to the entire team that made our difficult time of need less difficult. I can't thanks y'all enough for everything. I really am happy with all that y'all did. Thanks for making my dad look so good.

Losing our brother Victor Canales was difficult and unexpected. You all made me and my sister Laurie feel at ease when making the arrangements and explain everything we needed to know. Thank you ️

Glad that I received an email reminding me to write this review. At the time that my mother passed I was far to emotional to do so. I’m not sure where to start. I was so disappointed in Corpus Christi funeral home. In particular Paula Porter, who we thought would be with us during the most difficult time of losing my mother. We met Paula on the first day to discuss the financial part, and we never seen her again. When we would attempt to call Paula sometime she was available, sometime she was not. With the exception of the front desk receptionist, it was not a pleasant experience dealing with staff. When we had my mothers visitation, there were huge cockroaches walking up and down the isles. My mothers flowers that we spent really good money on came wilted, that was not the funeral homes fault I do understand that. The worst part was that my mothers visitation started at 1 PM and when we got there she wasn’t there. Almost an hour later my mother arrived. My husband and cousin spoke with the owner who stated that he could throw in some free book marks etc! Honestly there was nothing that that could have been done to make it right.

A funeral home has the responsibility to uphold the highest standards when loved ones are being put to rest. I would highly recommend not to use Corpus Christi Funeral Home.

Debra F.at CC Funeral Home handled everything with care and respect. All my questions were answered and everyone of of my requests for my husband's services were met. The memorial DVD was such a beautiful tribute to his life; just wonderful! Every staff member who assisted us was so helpful.

During the whole process we were treated like family. The staff made sure to update with any news or changes needed.

The volume on the live stream STOPPED during the SERVICE! The very last time to hear words about my great grandmother. Called the office twice to let them know and it seemed like this might be the norm. I'm so saddened by the rest of my family who didn't get to hear final words. Get this together.

They are the most caring and kindest people and treat you so wonderful during the most difficult of times. I highly recommend them to anyone and told my family to use them when I pass.

Corpus Christi Funeral Home and its staff were so helpful. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. We had previously used Funeraria Del Angel for another family member and had a horrible experience. At CCFH, Debra Foster and her staff made everything so easy. Everything was streamlined, fast and cost effective. They worked hard for us so that we would not have to in our time of sorrow. Everything was nice and delivered as promised. There was no pressure during the arrangements and no hurrying during the services. You will not regret going with CCFH.

If I could give no stars I would. While attempting to make arrangements we were practically ignored until we could prove that there was funding for the funeral services. Once they saw we had the money to bury our loved one, the attitude changed and it became a constant litany of selling upgrades. Absolutely deplorable service from Paula Porter. Great job of making a difficult time even more difficult!

All of the staff were wonderful and caring tending to my father's services. The facilities are better than some funeral homes yet those funeral homes charge more money for the same services. Also very talented embalmer and makeup artist. My father looked very peaceful and at rest.

Totally a disgrace… make sure everyone knows about the Go-go Godzilla ring tone with the pastor Kline. Her phone rang in the middle of my message to my Mother. How sick are these people. Sacrilegious sideshow.

DVD was messed up pictures were no in order tables in break room were dirty not to mention my mom was next to ken and they wouldn’t even have my dads death certificate fax to were my mom needed it to be saying my brother was In charge yes cause I told him to take over.never the less when it’s my turn I won’t be going here they left a sour taste in my mouth
