It is a very bad place to live, there are cockroaches in these apartments, we have asked them to come and fumigate and they come but they do nothing, the cockroaches continue, I had to take out all my groceries and throw them in the trash, apart from that there is also very little water coming out of the sink and the shower and the office staff are very poorly organized, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL TO LIVE HERE!

I’m relocating to Tx and while apartment hunting I had the opportunity to tour with Rachel today. She was outstanding. I was very pleased with the service I received from her. I was impressed with the property and the service.

I like living at Cortland Presidio West. I’ve lived here for 10 months now. I understand some people have problems, but I honestly have not had a problem while living here. Of course there’s going to be some poop on the ground here and there from people not picking up from their dogs, but the service team is great at keeping things clean. Trash is always picked up. From where my apartment is (on the first floor by the pool) it’s a quiet community. I haven’t seen anything weird happening here. I will say, like any apartment, living on the first floor you’ll hear your upstairs neighbor. But otherwise, I’d recommend Cortland to my friends.

I love this community because it’s conveniently located around the shopping center, grocery stores and a lot of different variety of food, the pool is very beautiful and always clean. The ladies in the office are very friendly and the maintenance team is very efficient.

I love these apartments! Crystal is the reason this place feels like home, she’s the best!

As you will see other reviews say, most of the good reviews on here are by tenants that are new and we’re specifically asked to leave good reviews. I have documented several emails over the span of months complaining about the same stuff that everyone in here seems to be complaining about. There is supposedly a courtesy officer in the grounds but again as you have seen several former and current tenants say on here, clearly there are drug deals happening in the parking lot all the time. Managements response to my emails and efforts to reach out have been basically to read us the contract and deny the accusations that so many people have made. They claimed we are the only people with these complaints but on on Google alone for the last three years tenants have been making the same exact complaints as us. I didn’t even know that until today. But they literally have done absolutely nothing. This place is a money trap and should be section 8. My complaints are not new, just buried under specifically requested good reviews from new tenants. So please beware.

We felt discriminated against due to being visitors with Puerto Rico's ID's, while visiting this location, to consider moving in. Hayley very unhelpful decided not to show the facilities because our "ID's" not scanning in her system, as we went to visit many other places to which our out of state ID had no issues scanning in or being accepted. Vey unfortunate that still in 2023 residents from Puerto Rico are being discriminated against.

This place is not what it used to be. Within this past year, this place has went so downhill its shocking.

Ive lived here for a year and a half. At first everything was great, but things have steadily gone downhill. Management does not care about the fact that rats and mice are now coming into people's apartments in multiple buildings. If you open a work order for an issue in your apartment, it takes several days to resolve. And they dont call ahead to let you know theyre coming, they just let themselves in with zero notice. Once you are moved in and paying rent, front office is not friendly anymore. It's like a switch flips- when you are looking to move in they are nice and helpful, as soon as you are a resident they could not care less about you. Drug deals happen in the parking lot regularly. Kids who dont live here hop the fence to swim in the pool. No concerns are taken seriously. Such a shame, if only there were better management, it would be a great place to live. Hopefully corporate will do something to save this place.

Love the apartment complex. Plenty of parking space, clean and friendly staff. Truly recommend.

The complex is beautiful and so very clean. The employees are friendly and always ready to help.
