Nice place. Love it. The only problem I had was the pool table in the clubhouse, the sticks have been broken for a long time, but no one has changed them.

I love this property. Lets start with the beautiful Spanish Tiling on the roofs to the all the little details in each building. The property is clean and tidy.
The Golf course view is gorgeous to look at.
The leasing office and TEAM - Five Stars all the way.
They are energetic and always helpful. The maintenance team WOW those guys work hard.

Courtland Riverside is HOME.and you should make it home too.

The community is legit and it does it best in fixing any issues that arise.

I’ve lived here for 7 months & I absolutely love it! The office staff greets you as soon as you walk in with positive attitudes & smiles. The maintenance staff are quick & efficient. I’m so glad to call Cortland Riverside home.

I just have to share this. And I mean every single word! I have been a resident of the Cortland community for over 5 years. Started off at the Cortland’s Fossil Creek. This company is the absolute best! When we transfer to the brand new Cortland Riverside I was simply amazed at the absolute professionalism and actual resident care that was given. Real care too! The maintenance team is perfection the grounds are perfect and the residents, as a whole are wonderful! We have actually made some wonderful friends here. Like the block party friends. The new Management team I completed trust and the staff honestly from top to bottom are all 100%! It really feels like a single family home without all the stress that comes with home ownership. Keep it up Cortland you all, every single one, are simply the best. I will never leave the Cortland management group

I want to share my experience moving from Cortland Fossil Creek across the street to Cortland Riverside. Kali was the person who showed us the place and was so fast at getting everything ready for us to transfer over especially in such a short time and also maintenance getting a couple things fixed for us the day we moved in such a hurry it made our transition a wonderful experience. I love the size of our place and how beautiful the property is no complaints living there so far been an excellent experience. Everyone has been kind and awesome.

This is an update after being here a few months. If I could give Julie, Rahni, and Kali 10 stars I would. It's been a wonderful experience! Arewonderful.

Rahni is awesome. We have lived here for about half a year and she’s been quick to help us with all of our needs!

We love it here. It’s one of the best apartments social wise I have lived at. We love taking walks at night here and attending all of the Social events. One awesome perk is the food trucks and wine down Wednesday.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these apartments! Kali leased my apartment to me and she was so awesome. I have millions of question and not once did she make me feel rushed or as if I was annoying her. Super super sweet!
Maintenance here is freaking awesome, I put in my service request online and the next or same day they are at my door and it’s fixed within the next 30 min. I love these apartments. It’s family friendly and dog friendly. 10/10 recommend!

My first visit to this complex was move in day since I moved from another state. Kali walked me through every step making sure I felt comfortable and got exactly what I wanted coming down here. Can’t stress enough how above and beyond she went making sure I was happy. Thanks Kali!

Fell in love with this facility before even touring. Touring the grounds as well as 2 different units just did it for me! & Rahni, the assistant community manager, made the place even more inviting. She was such a gracious facilitator making the whole move-in experience easy.

I’ve been here almost two months and I’m honestly super happy I made this my first home in texas! Rahni and the team are awesome.

Cortland Riverside has the best staff I’ve dealt with while living in apartments. Always ready to help you and provide many events for the community weekly. The amenities are top notch with an amazing pool and a good sized gym. It also has walking paths along the golf course that I take my dog on often. Cortland Riverside is definitely the best place to live in Fort Worth and is in a quite location which I love!
