I went here because the salon by my house that I usually go to had a very long wait and I didn't have much time to spare. My hair cut is good. My 8 year old son complained that the stylist was hitting his head with the clippers over and over and that it hurt. The big problem came when it was time to pay. A haircut is $32 for adults and $19 for kids. In my opinion, this is way above industry standard. And, they charged tax. I don't ever recall paying tax in a salon. Unfortunately for their employees, I lowered my tip because I felt over charged.

So I brought my daughters in to get their hair cut and we got Norma. To start she overcharged me, kids haircuts are supposed to be $20 at this location and there was another child there who was charged that amount but she told me it was going to be $40 for my 9 and 10 year old duaghters to get their hair done, then she wanted to argue with me about their age. Then my younger daughter ended up with a bad cut that we now have to wait to grow out so we can go somewhere else. Honestly will not return ever and if I could give it no star I would

Not worth it…. Very disappointed with service and price; $30 (excluding tax and tip) for a normal haircut is too much. Will not return to this place again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I brought my son here for the first time as the other cost cutter in the Leader was closed for the day, but it seems that I made a big mistake. While I understand that prices may be higher, I expect the service to be of agreeable quality. However, I found the experience to be extremely negligent.

During our visit, the stylist was in a rush to complete the hair cut. I had to remind the stylist to provide shampoo for my son which was included in the price which she ignored, and even after the shampoo, I was disappointed to see that there was still soap left in his sideburns. Furthermore, it appeared that no hair dryer was used. It is disheartening to feel that the staff is not attentive to the needs of the customer and the quality of the services provided.

I believe it is important to express my dissatisfaction so that improvements can be made. As a customer, I expect to receive better service and attention to detail. It is clear that there is a lack of care and concern for customers and the services provided.

Highly not recommended!

Saw this new place and went to try it out. First of all they were twice as much as my regular place and didn't even include a blow-dry. Then the haircut was rushed and was not what I had asked for. Too much of my hair length was cut-off. Felt very bad after realizing what had been done. Never going back.

Won’t be back, Bella probably needs to go back to dog grooming. Work on your people skills and when a guy comes in for a haircut I would not man handle or be so rough

10/10. Was pleasantly surprised to find a stylist that can wash, dry and style natural/textured hair as I've been turned away by many shops in the area. Overall great salon, great stylist (Norma!), and great prices!

I found Roya 5 years ago and have never had bad cut or trim since then. Always on time and pleasant and friendly. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Reasonable price and excellent cuts.
