Kristy does a phenomenal job cutting my hair. She is a very good listener and cuts my hair just like I want it.

Mrs. Anita is an amazing person and did a wonderful job on my hair. She's very professional, experienced, and brings great conversation. I highly recommend this location.

I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years (when they were tgi) I never leave disappointed. Michael and Marcella are the only ones I let cut my hair. I now bring my daughter here.

Anita at the 9650 Westchester location did a fantastic job on my hair. It feels so light and healthy.

I went to get my hair cut this Sunday 06/11/23 and the employee told me I should get a shampoo before I cut my hair so I said fine the shampoo last no more than a minute then she cut my hair then she said I should get it styled so I could see how it looks dry so I said fine so when its time to pay the the total comes out to $52. I didn’t say anything about the price but she should have explained pricing I could have went down the street to pay $25 for a cut and blowdry. I liked the haircut but $52 is way overpriced for a place called cost cutters

The hair wash took less than a minute and the long layered cut looked like just a straight cut with shorter length. The hairstylist told that blow dry with brush costs more and didn’t dry the hair without brush properly either. Total cost was 30 for women and 26 for mens haircut. All the time the hairstylist was trying to sell hair coloring services. Definitely not worth. The experience wasnt great.

The shelves are gleaming and the products are superbly placed! All of the stylists are on point/very friendly! I loved my visit!

Karen messed up my hair 3 times.this happened last year or so she's been overcharging me. She mocks me when I ask for my senior discount. They overcharge. My hair was red then orange and yellow. Make sure you QUESTION EVERYTHING, I believe they make up their own prices. $37.00 for a $16.00 haircut and $15.00 to blow dry my hair? This is supposed to be a discount hair place? Live and learn. I found a much better hair salon and guess what? They know how to cut and color hair! And colored it right the FIRST time! Supercuts is the best. They aren't all loud like the lady at cost cutters. Oh my hairstylist doesn't cut one side shorter then the other side. My hair has gotten so long and my hair color is beautiful at Supercuts!

Ms. Anita is the best. She cut my sad thin hair and made it look amazing, full of body and bounce. She was so nice and just an all around wonderful person. Really a great experience.
