Very nice place. Clean, decently priced for what you're getting, the music isn't too loud. 10/10. Will definitely be coming back!

I always love the salads here. I have come to this establishment for years now and it never disappoints. The manager has been working here for years and is not just knowledgeable, but nice as well. She started as a high school student and is now a manager as she goes to college. She always greets me with a warm smile and a short conversation which goes a long way to making this customer feel like he matters. Her right hand is named Ethan and he is also a very hard worker. I sincerely hope they both get the recognition they deserve as they are good kids, my order has never been wrong, and they have dedicated many years to this location. Many other employees have come and gone over the years and they have all been such nice people as well. You won't be disappointed with eating at this establishment. I promise!

Absolutely disgusting, I'm not sure the "food" was real food. Bleh, it tasted and smelled like vomit, really, and it all looked like pig slop. I threw it out, even my cats and dogs wouldn't eat the food, that's how horrendous and unedible it was/is. If I could give it 0 stars, trust me, I would, doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Best chain-style Mexican food. We don't have one where we live, so when the opportunity arises when traveling. We almost always choose Costa Vida takeout. The atmosphere is more warehouse like, snd not conducive to conversation.

First time eating here. First thing we noticed was how many people were in the restaurant, four.around dinner time on a Saturday. It was a little weird seeing so little people. The food was fast and delicious really. The service was also nice and effective. The atmosphere however did not feel like a Mexican restaurant nor a costal themed restaurant. It seems very basic and boring. Overall, we might eat again, I mean the food was good but yeah.

Used their catering service for a 55th birthday celebration in Plainview. There was a great selection in meats! Selection on beans plenty of rice & sides. Plenty of food. Everything was perfect! Thank you Cory for making my party a great one! Maribel Lafuente

I came in for lunch around 2pm- I was greeted quickly and the staff was friendly. Sometimes when you go to a place during an odd hour staff can be a bit moody. It was nice to be treated like they wanted my business. The ingredients were fresh and the service was quick. I won't say it was the best I have had in the fast casual side of food. But if you are looking for friendly service that is quick than this is a good stop for you! - Portion size was decent for the cost.

I went in to do a carry out order an hour before closing to order two burritos. They had already put most of the ingredients away. They had two tortillas out and one had a large hole in it. I asked for a tortilla without a hole and was told they didn’t have any more tortillas. They were also apparently out of steak. Overall the staff was rude and acted annoyed even though they weren’t closing for an hour. I won’t be back.

Costa Vida is always wonderful! The food is fresh. The people are nice. The restaurant is clean. Always enjoy our visit every time. And they will happily make whatever substitution requested without hesitation! If you haven’t tried it YOU MUST!

I love this place. I recommend the salad. Steak is my favorite but all of the meats are good. The service is great but the smells and tastes are better!

The service at the counter was funny, friendly and kind. This was an awesome place to sit down for lunch on a busy week day!

I enjoyed my time here. The wife and myself went to try it out. We both decided it's the subway of Mexican food. Everything is laid out just like subway, I got a burrito and went down the line picking my ingredients then it was ran through an oven on a conveyer belt/chain. My wife got a guesadilla, same thing but went on a small grill. Both were hot and yummy, we also got chips and queso. It was good. Not really special, but good. The restaurant was clean and empty as we went mid afternoon. Only 1 employee, she did everything but only had our orders the whole time we were there. We both enjoyed it. It was a little pricy at $36 for all that and a water and coke. $20-$25 would have been better. For $36 we could have gone to a sit down Mexican restaurant, bellow $20 would have been taco bell level so I think $25 would have been ideal for the experience.
